I placed a phone order for pick up for a last minute event. The order consisted of variety of sandwiches totaling 10 sandwiches to be exact.I made sure I expressed NO MAYO on any of the sandwiches because of food allergies. The lady that took the order was annoyed at such a large order to begin with and when I received the sandwiches all but 2 sandwiches had mayo. I place an call to speak to a manager and no one has called me back. Very annoyed at the customer service and that fact that my guest could have gotten very sick if the sandwiches weren't checked.

I highly recommend that who ever reads this please don't not eat from this facility or to say this store me and my son had ordered sandwiches from this store I wouldn't give them one star but that's only way to tell you my experience but I ordered an 2 Italian subs hardly any meat on it ! Then ordered 2 bobbies for his wife and mine soaked in mayonnaise they had to scrape off told them light on the mayo and last at least on there app states order 2 sandwiches get free grill cheese that would've been for my granddaughter ! We didn't get it but after all that we got sick the next day sitting on the toilet all day having stomach cramps ! I personally know the capriotti's who started this business they're probably turning over in there grave by smearing the name and the way they made there sandwich ! I guess that's what happens when you franchise your business there's no pride on how you represent the business and the way they make their food they don't deserve one star need oh before I forget to mention that an employee chased a customer out of the store with her mouth ! I should've raised a red flag but didn't pay attention to it

Has always been one of the best places to get a top notch hot or cold sandwich. A little on the pricey side, but quality cost. This was my first visit in quite some time and I noticed a modest price increase and a significant reduction in the quantity of meat on my steak sandwich. As always the taste and quality of the sandwich was unsurpassed. Inflation affects us in every aspect of life.

I've ordered many times before from this location and other than small issues .. it's always been a good experience. This evening I ordered 2 cheese steaks and was very specific.My order was messed up . I called and was placed on hold twice, the girl who answered the phone obviously was not listening and looking for an order . I asked to speak to the manager Kyle. Kyle said ok, bring the sandwich back ( drive back to Dover/cost of gas ) or come back and I will give you the condiments that is missing . REALLY , not acceptable. I proceeded to ask would you do ? Kyle the Manager responded. "I would not have ordered from here"

Let me start out by saying that the food is fantastic. However, the service level and cleanliness of this location are the reason for the low rating. We’ve consistently had to wait additional time for orders that we have either called in or ordered online with a specific pick up time. That’s a small frustration, but they do get busy. However, today’s experience was the last straw. I got there at my pickup time. There were only 2 people in there already waiting for their orders and they were just finishing up a 45 sandwich order. Ok, so understandable- my order wasn’t ready yet and was told “ a few more minutes.” Two different people asked my name and what I was waiting for. Meanwhile, the lobby quickly filled up and the place was packed. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided to go back up to see when my order would be ready. And guess what, it was already done and just sitting there. No one bothered to call my name or let me know. That was completely ridiculous. Also, since I was sitting there so long, I was able to look around at how dirty and nasty this place really is. There is some brown stuff hanging on the ceiling tiles, right above where they make the food. And not just a little, but a lot. There’s a little magazine stand in the lobby with about an inch of grease and dust on it, and the corners and baseboards are also gross. And finally, the workers would wear gloves when handling food, which is a good thing. But they were also constantly touching their masks and face with these same gloved hands. I’m done.

I ordered from here many times, usually good. But the past 3 times my order has been wrong. This time ordered an Italian l, got home and there was little to no meat on the sub. The turkey sub I ordered for my son had mayo on it which we did not ask for and he will not eat. Called and was told they could not remake the sandwiches because they were out of rolls... then was told I could turn the subs in for a refund the next day because they were leaving. I will not be coming back.

Havent been here in 3 years, and a different location 3 years ago, one thing i can say us consistent is the subs have nothing on them hardly, and wayy over priced. I figured i would try it again before knocking them. Subway beats this local chain, hands down! Disappointed to no extent

They always aim to please. Always polite on the phone taking your order. Nice salads and subs, and cookies and brownies...actually, haven't disliked anything we've ever ordered! and we've tried a large variety of items over the years we've been in Dover. Capriotti's and Bylers are our go-to places for subs here, but mostly Capriotti's--goid food with convenient storefront parking and an easy parking lot to drive in/access. P.S. We like their fries, too!

Had a long travel for work today…way past this location. So I requested my Mayo on the side. They hooked it up and the chef gave me a great sub. Made my night. Thank you

Usually order from here and everything has been good and orders correct. Today I placed a online order through the Capriotti's website about 900 am for a 1200 delivery. Order was delivered by a door dash to our front door to office. Unfortunately picked up by another employee to bring to conference room. Only brought sampler party tray with 3 sub types. Did not receive the 2 large bags of chips or all the condiments ordered for the subs! Called Capriotti's and I explained the situation. He didn't have to problem and said it was door dash dash delivery issue. Umm. I placed the order on your website not door dash. He was expecting me go pick up the items at store. Umm..no. I was waiting if he had any other solution..nope and when I asked again he hung up me. I called door dash and all they could do was refund for the 2 bags of chips. Said driver couldn't come back because they had no way to reach them. Umm..really? Lol. Last $100 order I place with Capriotti's.
