Went here today for an early dinner. There was barely any customers here, so you’d think you’d have quick and attentive service. Waiter was barely around. Didn’t get to ask for my drink refill until after he delivered my food. Waited about 45 minutes for my wings and it was all cold.
Restaurant is dirty, floors, menus. Service was inconsistent, they forgot about us. No straws, no silverware, cold food. First time at this location. You'll also need 4 wheel drive in the parking lot. Being generous with 2 stars, because we know how hard it is to find employees, let alone good employees.
The service here is always friendly and very prompt. I usually sit at the bar, as Lexy always takes great care of me. The food quality is a little lacking if you're planning to get wings, but I attribute that to supply shortages. Overall a nice place with good people.
I personally have always had a good experience here. Take out or dining in, the food has always been fresh and on point. Drinks from the bar are always good as well. Like I said, I haven't had a bad experience here, so I'll keep coming back!
So today the boss bought me lunch so I had exact change to get lunch. So I was going to order online but I wanted to use the cash instead of my card. So I started to order online and my total was 25.98. So instead I ordered by phone e and my total was 27.98 I had exact change for the online price. So when I got there I did not have enough money so they gentleman standing next to me had to give me 2.00 for my order. The lady said it was because they only had 32oz cups instead of smaller but how is that my fault... and the prices online did not match the menu prices so how is that my fault...They should have just honored the online price in my eyes. So then I get my food and no drinks. Then the best part is THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. The fries were room temperature and had a freezer burnt taste to them and the amount they give you in that box is pitiful. I can get more fries at a fast food place for cheaper and they probably taste fresher. My BUFFULO RANCH SANDWICH I BEEN CRAVING ALL DAY WAS COLD... TALK ABOUT BEING DISSAPPPOINTED.. Best believe i took it right back to the store. I don't think I will be eating here anymore...and my 20oz sprite fit into the 32oz cup.. they also charged me 399 for a soda.. they told me it was 2 something and charged me 3.99... I can not stand this place...and the wings are just cur up breast meat made.to look like wings.... not very good at all... I will leave it at that...
First time at the his location. Overall experience, not bad. Our server Josh was excellent, he was on point and took very good care of our needs. We had an assortment of wings, they were excellent. We will surely come back
Dover, DE BWW was one of the best BWW we have attended in during the lunch rush in a very long time. It has a wonderful atmosphere, service in a timely manner and just an all around good vibe. Our only issue was our server forgot about us after she delivered our meal. She apologized but we were fine
We decided to meet friends tonight at the Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and was quite surprised at the poor management of the restaurant. When I walked in with my daughter, we were immediately welcomed and then seated. The hostess gave my daughter a kids menu but informed us that they were out of crayons, which to me wasn't a big deal but just the tip of what was to come. We ordered our drinks, and the poor waiter had to come back and let us know they were out of sweet tea. Again, it's not the biggest thing in the world. We ordered our food and asked for some mayonnaise which again the waiter had to inform us that they were also out of mayo. When our food arrived, we didn't have any utensils, and again, the waiter ran back to get some, but they didn't have any clean forks or knives and was told they were all being washed and handed us plastic silverware. How is a restaurant on a very quiet bogo night for boneless wings so unprepared to handle their consumers needs/desires. I couldn't blame the waiter as he was the bearer of bad news from poor management by the restaurant managers.
Service is slow and even though they may be understaffed, it should not take 30-45 min to get the order. Also they made my order incorrect, I ordered southwest black bean burger with avocado , the burger came out with no vegetable or avocado in the burger. It took them 3 time to get my order correct by the time I got it corrected the food was cold.
The wings the Burger the fries everything everything was overcooked Had to send it back And we were a party of 6 it's very bad experience sorry to say I'll never go back waste of money. But the waiter who served us believe his name was Lamont was very pleasant and I tipped him very well.
