Food was fresh and it was clean. The person that worked there knew the regulars by name. Nice place friendly.

This Arby's location is always great. The place is so clean that it still looks brand new. The staff especially the ladies at the counter are always super friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. Definitely my favorite fast food place here in Dover.
Due to being gluten free I can only get the beef and cheddar with no bun and tons of extra cheese and red sauce. I take it home and out it on my own gf bun. It's amazing. They out everything in separate containers (if you ask them to)
Best choice for fast food fish sandwich. Unfortunately only offered during the Lenten season. Be sure to try the Greek gyros. Nicely seasoned meat, fresh pita. Can be a bit stingy with the tzaziki sauce. Busy location, especially for drive thru.
Customer service & satisfaction was the worst! I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my food & my order was still wrong. Drove all the way back to let them know my order was incorrect & their response was, we ran out the Hawaiian roll for your fish sandwich. My response, why didn't anyone let me know while I waited for over 30 minutes for my order? Everyone looks dumb founded from the manager to all the employees..... wow really! Then charged me for a item I never ordered! Manager had the most nonchalant attitude ever. Will not be returning back to this establishment ever!
Came through drive thru at 2:30ish pm and I loved how the drive thru taker was taking my order she wasn’t rushing to take my order. The drive thru taker was actually taking her time on listening my order. We actually need more people like her with an positive attitude!
Usually go to the drive through and never really have any issues besides they forget my drinks sometimes and I have to say something but no big deal. They’re usually busy so I understand. Last week I decided to go inside and order and I waited inside for 13 minutes before someone came to take my order. And yes they saw me standing at the counter. I was also the only person inside the dining hall. I’ll stick to the drive through from now on. Food has always been fresh.
Not sure what was going on when i came in but they had the Three Stooges behind the counter. the cashier forgot to put several items i ordered on the receipt. After 45 Minutes all my food was cold the manager Lori didn't do anything to help the situation. once i got to the car and went through the bag they forgot several items. Went back in and the young lady had an attitude saying what was put in the bag was correct so i then showed her the receipt and got the missing items. This Arby's is terrible and the customer service is trash also. Will Not Be Returning
The food was what you expect from Arby's. I thought I was at Chick-fil-A for a second, the service was that good and they got the food out quick.
