Usually I get good & great service but today 7/15/22 I was seated in the back where no one else was sitting, a waitress or two walked by me several times never greeting me to say, I’ll be right with you or can I take your drink order. One waitress even looked my direction & rolled her eyes, well I don’t want her bringing me food. I waited about 5 minutes then I left to go some place else where the waitress greeted me within one minute of being seated. You’ve done better in the past I hope you get right.
The server was on point, didn't need a pad to write down the order a little bit impressed. Most of the time people can even get the order right with a pen ?. I mean you what you pay for. Not putting Applebee's down. It is what it is.
Excellent service. Fast and friendly. Well staff. Food was perfect.we did 2 for $25 dinner....worked out well
Once apon a time this was my families favorite place to eat. However over the years the food has seemed to decrease not only in size but quality. Cany blame it on the cooks they gotta cook what they are given and there isn't much you can do with a small steak that's 10 to 15% grilled and fat. Shoot I like the fat on a nice Tbone or porterhouse that is cooked right but the fat on these steaks is like rubber. Some say we'll it's not a steak house. Ok well I've had chicken strips that were chewy as if fried twice. I love a good burger I even like a halfway decent burger, I mean I'll eat a Wendy's baconator. However my dog ate the fries before he chewed the half of the last burger I couldn't eat there. Perhaps I am being a little hard but for their prices I expect more. I don't want to eat then run next door to fill up at chic filet. ?The staff is usually quite nice and the waitresses will remove items you simply can't eat from your bill if you ask. They do have a decent bar though and a lot of their appetizers are pretty good . I'd give the bar a solid b or b÷ .
Location is easy to get to. Food was Applebee quality regarding taste, portion, and price. Fire alarm went off, but it seemed to be handled quickly and without incident. Bathroom could use a better cleaning. Staff was great!!!
Quality control (particularly portion size and plating) has been an issue especially as new cooks come on board, But customer service makes up for it. The managers regularly circulate and inquire how one's meal is/was. On one occasion, I mentioned that the two appetizers I ordered were not warm by the time I got them, but, because I was so hungry I ate both in their entirety. General Manager Messick did not miss a beat in asking if I would like another order of each. On another occasion the manager on duty comped my meal. I eat there regularly because what I order is tasty and if there is an issue and I speak up about it, every effort will be made to correct it. I eat out a lot locally and Applebee's gives the best service! I always leave a satisfied customer.
stopped in today for a lunch/dinner meal with my fiance. food was alright but mostly customer service problem. we had heaven as our waitress. we had trouble with our drinks and then we had ordered a beer and was never given to us as we waited until we asked for bill and no beer was put on the bill or even brought to us as we waited as I would assume the waitress was to busy talking to the employees rather then taking care of her customers. and store did not have clean silverware so were only given clean forks and got our drinks after we had got our appetizer. so pretty bad experience service wise
Very pleasant experience. We got there after 10 and were quickly seated and served. Friendly and professional staff. Food was plentiful and filling. Dining area was clean and not noisy. Thanks. We'll come again
They wouldnt let us sit further away from other tables and the waitress only seemed interested in a big tip. She didnt give us sufficient change to leave a normal tip only big bills probably thinking we would leave her a $10 on a $35 check. I went and got change from the bartender and gave her a $5. I normally start @ 30% tip and go down based on my prior serving experience so if she would have just cleaned an extra table at closing and provided me with the change i may have needed, i would have left her that $10. The extra mile pays off when serving me and hesitation or inadequate service will take away from your tip.
I ordered a kids cheese burger and strawberry yogurt for my grandchild and a burger and fries for my son, through door dash. They were burt and hard. Why would yall send that out? As much as you up charge for delivery, it should have been top notch. I asked to speak to the manager and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reorder. HELL NO, STEP YOUR GAME UP AND STOP SENDING OUT SLOP. YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER...SMH
