Poor service during a quiet time. Food was poor, greasy spoon would be too good of a description for the place. My advice AVOID.Edit st 8pmJust got a reply from Z BurgerNo enough staff working just very poor service and poor quality food.
Well served with convenient prices. We ordered small fries and cheeseburgers. The fries had a good size, I didn't expect it. The cheeseburgers were delicious.The place has its charm and the location is perfect.Great people as well, very kind. Glad to having chosen the place. Recommended!
We were the third group in line to order. There was NOBODY taking orders, we figured they were slammed trying to get the orders out. After 30 minutes, we were frustrated. We had to ask them, can somebody start taking orders. Eventually, we got our order taken. We thought we'd be fine just waiting. NOPE! ?? Where is the management? The staff had no sense of direction and things were getting pretty stressful in the kitchen!When we were next we were told they were out buns and God knows what else. I waited about 2 hours and I'm not getting the service I paid for. I didn't even want to eat from this establishment anymore...Do yourself a favor and go to Potbelly next door. We got our food in less than 5 minutes.
Just don’t go here. I walked in hoping to get a quick bite and when someone says greasy off brand burger place this is exactly what you should imagine.Didn’t even notice that everyone sitting was waiting for their food otherwise I woulda kept walking. Not a single person looked like they were there on purpose including the staff.It slowly dawned on me waiting for my nearly $20 double cheeseburger with fries and a bottle of sprite I was waiting for was not coming any time soon.I saw the staff of 3 people fumbling around with just one order.Here it is lunch hour and they’re trying to figure out how much fries to put in a bag. You walk 2 minutes down the street and go to a coffee shop and they have a line out the door and it’s moving fast.I’ve seen glaciers move faster than these guys. I hate to say it and feel guilty but I walked out after I saw that the food just wasn’t coming. No way was I waiting that long for for what that looked like.Sorry Z-burger maybe next time you guys can go into a Five Guys and they can show you how it’s done.
Waited almost an hour for our food. Watched as they screwed up one order after another. Watched as a door dash driver waited to pick up an order as the employee working the counter searched in vain for the order only to reply we don't do door dash and the driver suggest they take down the sign that says door dash pick up. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of onion rings, 1 double cheeseburger and fries. Received the onion rings, dripping grease, and fries, under seasoned, and 2 cheese burgers, no chicken sandwiches, also the toppings were all wrong. Will never go here again.
Debated between 1 and 4 stars. The wait was over an hour and they didn't mention that when ordering. They actually stopped taking orders after a few folks with no sign, so we saw a lot of folks come, wait and go. The staff was working hard so can't blame them, just something they should work out to expedite and communicate. Food was ok, not out of this world. Not worth the wait... but if the wait wasn't bad, I would eat there again, priced well and made to order.
The burgers were juicy and tasted great. Would definitely order again soon.
I asked if it's zabiha halal or just halal, like some people assume that chicken and beaf is always halal, no matter how it's slaughtered. The lady replied we don't know, we just know that we are halal.
