I ordered a matcha latte which tasted fine. However I was appalled with the customer service. The barista practically threw my coffee down the counter when I was standing right in front of him (so he slid it away from me, not towards me), it spilled out of the cup, and he didn’t even apologize (which I was waiting for assuming it was an accident). I asked the woman sitting down and for a napkin and cleaned my drink as well as their counter. My friend ordered a latter an hour earlier and he apparently did the same to her. Treating your customers with respect is everything. He definitely needs to learn to be attentive to how he interacts with customers.
I ordered the orange raspadura latte and I loved it! Refreshing and delicious with hints of orange zest and cinnamon.
Manzana latte was SO GOOD, smooth and just slightly sweet. Empanada also delicious! Will be back
This place knows what they are doing! Finally found excellent quality coffee in DC! Cappuccinos and expressos done the right way, perfect extraction and ratios (no 3 gallons of milk with your shot)
