The Shaw Howard location never has anything. They are always out of Blue Spirulina that goes in the nipsey blue. The juices always look like they've been sitting for a while. The food quality is also a hit or miss. Don't get me wrong, I love supporting this business but they really need to get the Shaw location together. I go to the Shaw location consistently because it is near my job but I sometimes hate going to this location because I sometimes have to settle for another drink that I originally didn't want. The customer service is what keeps me coming back. Each person I have ever interacted with has always been amazing! Management needs to do better with making sure this location is well stocked.
Why are you guys never open? Also please leave a time as to when you’ll be back from break so we will know when to come back.
Came here Tuesday afternoon amazing service the young lady was so kind and dedicated to outstanding customer service and the food is fresh and delicious drinks are to die for! Such a neighborhood gem! Will be back

Wow!! We stopped in after an appointment at Children’s National next door and got an awesome smoothie (chill pill) and some of the veggie patties which are SO good, just enough slickness and plenty of veggies. Delicious! Fresh juices plus waffles, veggie burgers, and more. What a great addition to the neighborhood!

I use to work here and this whole company is corrupted. They pay you want they want and they paychecks bounce. They want to you work every position with little pay. I stayed professional throughout my whole time working there, then I asked for my paystubs so I could renew my lease and a month went by with no answer. Customer service 0, the lady didn’t greet me - just stared, seemed a bit snarky when I tried to order a salad and said your welcome after handing me my drink. I usually say thank you, but didn’t feel like this a pleasant interaction. I like the customer service better at the other store.
