I don't believe these reviews are honest. My experience can not be a one off. Please don't waste your time, money and appetite.I placed an order online at 11:50am which was confirmed. I arrived and learned it was subsequently canceled. They were out of Acai Bowls and Patiya Bowls. Also, they did not have the juice i ordered.I decided to try another option. While deciding on juice, I noticed several bottles with No Labels! No ingredients listed anywhere!! I chose 2 juices with labels both were Gross. How do you mess up cold press juice?!Then I decided to try a Patty. However, the only patty they had was Beyond Beef. So I asked for a Salad; they had Kale and Spinach. I chose Kale, the young man asked what toppings. I asked, what toppings do you have. They only had Jalapeño, Corn, Black Beans and Carrot. Seriously! Dressing, he names the selection. I ask what was inside of the golden dressing..he responded he did not know.Additionally, the bowl was half full although they only offered one size! I am utterly disgusted with the service, lack of quality and the overall experience. I will not return to this establishment!
Enjoy the luscious drink selections. It would be nice to mix up the drinks a bit like a swirl of flavors or introduce a new seasonal drink.
ok...alright. after visiting this place - i left AFRAID to go back. ha ha. not really but take deep breath when you enter and try not to lean againt the counter like i did.Upon entering I waited until i was greeted - i dont usually do that sort of thing but since one other person was standing inside near the door stopped. the young boy behind the booth directed me to come around - so that i did. I approached the counter booth and noticed a little bread bin that what looked to me like stored veggie patties. If you reading this is anyway familiar with them their the bread bin carribean restaurants have on the counters too so anyway I asked the boy what is in here pointing to the box...he said literally shouting to me "spinach patty, chicken patty" blah blah (he did not say the blah part but that what it sounded like to me) one tone that is it. haha whoa. Ok. I said.I replied back with my soft voice - do you have coco bread.He replied: YOU ARE GOING TO NEED TO SPEACK UP MAAM.the attention was immedealtidly directed to me. like everybody in the store began watching and listenting at this point...wheew ahahi replied again softly and in calm way: do you have coco bread in there (question mark).he replied: nooh another person back behind him butted into the conversation and said something that went like this - indirectly speaking to me: "this is a vegan store... not a carribean spot...Someone walked in and i slid out. whew.This place smells so good ... i was simply happy to have been inside in the moment. But the staff or whoever the people serviing guest were could use chill pill AND the proper way to talk. bye bye.
Amazing cold pressed juices and vegan patties, just a little pricey but I'd rather support DMV-originated Black Owned Turning Natural over any other cold pressed juice shop!
THEE spot for smoothies for me from now on. Nutritious and delicious! I had the Bob Marley smoothie, upon recommrndation, and they did not miss. They had so many offerings (including a 3 day juice cleanse) and I look forward to going back.
I have always loved this place but lately no matter what time of day I go there they are always out of black bean burgers which is my favorite and I am pregnant and have been craving them alot. I drove around the city to 4 different ones just to get a black bean burger.

I heard great things about this spot. And they were all true.Best juices in the area. I wish they had them in my city.If you are walking around and need some energy or something to hold you over before dinner, then Turning Natural is the spot.
