The service is sub-par. The smoothies are good though. Also my order was around $20, I gave the cashier a $50 Bill...She said they don't accept $50 bills. What kind of business doesn't accept $50 Bills??? Probably just didn't want to break the Bill, which is bad business practice. The customer service needs addressing. I usually don't get acknowledged until they feel like acknowledging me. I'll be standing at the register for a while before anyone even says hello, or I'll be right with you. They just keep their backs to the register pretending not to see me, after about a minute they than decide to engage...
worst smoothie place: the smoothie that i waited 45 minutes for tasted like actual garbage as well as the wrap i ordered. the workers here are rude and so not helpful
Oh my goodness I, had to asked the cashier what did he recommend for me to eat and, he pointed to the Shrimp Wrap, I tried it and fell in love it was so good and inexpensive that I bought a second one and a smoothie to go. I called my Son and invited him to lunch so he can get hooked too. ? ?
I’m always missing an item when I order through the DoorDash app. This is the second time. Take your time when preparing orders. I’ve purposely this time ordered after the lunch hour to avoid them not packing something that I’ve ordered. Once again, they forgot an item. It never fails. I won’t order from this location again.

Whenever I visit Tropical Smoothie the food and smoothies are always good. The staff members are always pleasant and I look forward to going back.
They’re usually really great but they put chicken in my vegetarian meal and contacting them through the phone is impossible for whatever reason so now I can’t get a refund.

Love it! Tropical smoothie is my go to favorite guilty pleasure treat. The plus is you won't feel guilty about having something sweet. My favorite is their Watermelon Mojito which is so refreshing. I always think of buying two as I consume it so fast it's really sooo delicious. Wishing they come out with extra large cups I would definitely like that. If you haven't stopped by what are you waiting for, just go you should.
Stopped here for breakfast since it was walking distance from our hotel. Got a turkey sandwich and a again berry smoothie. They both tasted very good and were ready quickly. The prices are also fair. I would return here if I'm in the DC area.
