I ordered through door dash. I ordered according to the menu posted on Tony's Place. Order consist of home fries, eggs, and bacon plus also ordering 3 French toast and a required option for a meat (ham). When I recv'd my food it wasnt very hot. My home fries were hard and taste uncooked. Then my order with the French toast turned out to be all pieces of French toast with no meat as it was required for me to choose. Making and recv'g the order should have struck a team member or server attention before making and confirming the order. At no point was I contacted nor informed about the changes to my order. It was delivered to me at no approval for their false advertisement. No update on menu changes nor option to cancel order for something else or even adding to the order. No action taken to secure what I ordered and paid for!! VERY DISPLEASED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!
My dad is hard to please so I had to do this review today to say THANKS!!! He loved his breakfast and it got here fast!!!! Pancake platter was on point...he was so happy y'all had scrapple...lol. Thanks for excellent service ?
Every single time the Spanish speaking woman takes the orders your food is never prepared as asked the woman even cursed me out for my complaints saying I had an issue with a woman when my complaint was that every time she handles the phone the order is not right 9 out of 10 besides this woman and her apparent language barriers the food is ok would be a better experience if the customer service was on point or atleast catered to its customers most times
It's and ok restaurant that most people would by pass as far as a tourist perspective. It's a carry out with a variety of foods from breakfast to dinners, you must add your own seasoning due to health regulations.

Food is pretty good but the service needs to improve. Slow taking the orders which in turn creates a backup. Otherwise, it's about a 7 out of 10. The original Tony's. 14th & H Street, NE, is the best and the standard for all the others to rise to and maintain.
