From start to finish awful service. Unprofessional. Rude. Over an hour for food. Lost food items. Forced 20% tip on party of 4. No accountability-blamed the kitchen and other servers…The WORST service anyone in our group dining out last night has experienced. Having worked in the restaurant industry I have empathy for having a swamped restaurant and being in the weeds as a server. That being said, the service we received was unacceptable. We were seated with a glare from the server and dinner got worse from there. Ultimately, we were given a hand written note saying “two free bao buns” and her phone number (no name) as a remedy for our late food/lost order and general lack of attention. Oh, and don’t forget the forced 20% tip for a server who clearly forgot the order (asked us again later) and proceeded to blame everyone else in the restaurant instead of taking accountability and apologizing. At the very least we should have been comped an appetizer or a dessert. Food was decent. Cool atmosphere.

Nice, quiet. We were seated in the wicker chairs with small table that was not big enough for drinks and food. Would've been nicer at a table
My friends and I just left the venue. My group came in before their kitchen closed. I asked the waiter if we could order food and he said yes. Two of us ordered food and the manager stopped him from taking the rest of us. We all were planning to eat dinner so we both asked for a refund and were refused. I’m extremely disappointed by their customer service and will not return.
