Highlands Toastique was excellent! Great value! A truly affordable healthy quick option that actually tastes great. Something for the whole family. Great stop after the gym as well.

I am usually a huge fan of toastique, but I noticed on my last trip that the salmon on the smoked salmon toast looked gray in several spots. I gave them another chance tonight, but now I’m showing signs of food poisoning and I’m concerned that the salmon caused it, though I can’t know for sure. I won’t be returning, given the pattern. I gave an extra star because their seasonal juice is amazing.

Loved my Acai bowl and avocado toast. The juices are really delicious as well.

30 minute wait for food on a completely empty Sunday afternoon

The busiest of the 3 DC locations. Toast, the smoothies and bowls are good but the juice isn't my favorite. Not sure if it's the product or the recipe but juices at this location just aren't as good.

This is a nice little spot that locals will find similar enough to the Juice Laundry that used to be here. I had the Mango Tango bowl. It's not that it was bad or anything, but it was a little bit too much of a smoothie in a bowl for me. I would certainly come back in a pinch, but to a large extent, if I want the sort of thing you get from a spot like this, I'd probably put it together at home relatively easily.

Delicious, lots of choices and unique items. Well worth a visit.

Get the avocado toast with lump crab meat or PB crunch. Both take gourmet toast to the next level and reaffirm your food choices while providing enough energy to fuel your morning/afternoon. The detox juice helped me recover from an extended happy hour the day before, so I highly recommend for anyone who needs a cleanse or extra help sobering up.
