Amazing place! Service is unbelievable. Ian (bartender extraordinare) Patrick the artist did an unbelievable job with the place. Ian has amazing service, highly personable, and the owner also is a fantastic guy! They should have a rooftop with at least acoustic music.
Let me tell you one of my favorite nights in DC was spent at this tiny independently owned bar! Ian the bartender and owner is truly talented and one of a kind!Not only is the decor and ambience on point with a fun Vespa in the middle, the drinks were the best drinks I had during our trip. I got the Planters Passion such a fun drink that gets lit on fire and strong too. The playlist that night was everything! My friends and I sang and danced all night even when it was just the 3 of us and Ian.Ian my guy! Thank you for making our friend’s birthday weekend a great one with your hospitality and all the shots you kept giving her haha! Until next time new friend. Cheers!
When I tell you this place was a hole in the wall, our Uber driving couldn’t even find it. This is a small, cute bar UNDER the Vietnamese restaurant 1914. Drinks were good. Most of the bartenders were nice. Came here for a birthday last night. This place is very tiny I don’t even know if they have 20 seats. They share a kitchen with the restaurant. Food was delicious! Definitely coming back to try the full menu. I recommend Uber, parking is horrible here.I would come back again for a drink!
Best tiki drinks in DC, at the very least, and it's largely due to the quality of ingredients. They showcase rum beautifully.
Amazing little Speakeasy Tiki Bar off the U Street corridor - small, intimate, and authentic. Excellent service, great bartender! He was knowledgeable and suggested GREAT drinks. (FYI the cucumber water was perfectly flavored!)
Stopped in for drinks with a friend on a rainy winter evening and was instantly transported. Fun decorations including a vespa greet you before you hit the main attraction. Various fun tiki drinks and riffs that will keep you saying I don't need to go home and realize that metro is closed. 10/10 would do it all over again.
Had a really great time here on a quiet weekday night. Delicious drinks, lots of options for those who may not otherwise love traditional Tiki cocktails. Ambiance is cute, super friendly bartender. Highly recommend for a date night.
Great experience on a Saturday night. Awesome bartender. Tried the "Planters Passion" drink. It was lit. Also enjoyed the "Rum + Coconut". It was good and strong. Ask for a spoon if you really like coconut.

Super cute hole in the wall Tiki Bar. Well themed with nice decor and yummy drinks! Drinks were well made and exceeded my expectations. Will be coming again!
