my mom loved her 3 scoop pistachio with peanuts, i loved my tiramisu and cinnamon, cinnamon IS 10/10!minus one star because my mom tasted strawberry, and i tasted mint which only means the scoops aren’t being cleansed before use, also because it was my first time, i felt like the cashier was annoyed with me for taking some time to decide, i was the only person there at that moment. The icecream was AMAZING though, when it tasted like what i ordered(:
Last visit. I sent my daughter and her friend in to get their ice cream while I held our seats outside. They spent $17. I went in immediately thereafter to purchase my ice cream. It can up to a little over $6. The man would not allow me to purchase it with my card (all I had on me) because it did not amount to $7. I can only imagine how much $$ I’ve spent in this location over the years. I hope the few $$ saved for the transaction is worth the money lost in years to come :)
There is always a line especially when the weather is warm. Thomas has a lot of unique ice cream flavors. My personal favorite is their Coffee Oreo. They also have chocolate, milkshakes, and froyo.
Amazing. That’s the only way to describe this place. The ice cream was probably the best that I’ve had. They have a lot flavours to choose from and it would take a long time to try them all. If I lived in dc , I would definitely try every single item on their menu. This is my go to spot in dc for desserts. The only downside is that it closes by 10:30pm.
This place has a lot of options! Tons of flavors of fudge and ice cream! I didn’t try the ice cream but really loved the dark chocolate salted caramel fudge! Delicious! It’s amazing that they make it in house! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because neither of the employees working had gloves on while handling the food. I didn’t even see them wash their hands when coming out of the back room. I didn’t want to mention it at the time because the staff didn’t give off a friendly vibe. If the health department came by they wouldn’t be permitted to work that way. But again, the fudge is delicious and has great flavor!
One of the best original boutique Ice Cream shops in the city!! While butterbrickle is a flavor they are known for, I go for their coffee varieties. Its a great spot if you love truffles and fudge as well.
Best ice cream in the DMV. Dozens of flavors to choose from. Typically I prefer gelato, and simple flavors, but this place has nailed ice cream. The staff is not very friendly, but their toppings are generous (eg they add 4 full Oreos as a topping whereas other places give you a crumble from half an Oreo).
Wide variety of outstanding ice cream...Home made candies as well...Outdoor seating available.
From Florida and this place is awesome. Brownie sundae is sooooo good....the best I've had.
My friend (F) and I (M) went to this store on New Year's Eve (2021) around 8PM. Our experience was terrible. The Indian guy behind the counter was rude, treated her and I with what we felt was disrespect and changed the pricing of the truffles we tried to buy AFTER we picked them out and weighed them.He then proceeded to miscalculate the total (after he arbitrarily raised the price) and when I asked about it for a second time recalculated the price and made us feel like we're two homeless people begging for money.Because she was visiting I didn't want to make a scene but I can guarantee that I'll never go back and will tell this story at every opportunity whenever I'm out in DC and ask all my contacts to stay away. He clearly judged us by the way we looked to him. So...stay away. :)
