There are so many food places to try. Going in Jan. we got to see the creativity and beauty of the Art Light Show!! & the night time energy was just amazing so much to see and experience.
Everywhere I go in GT, I can smell people smoking dope! This is highly offensive, and the odor can make other people dizzy, or uncoordinated. Who gave you all the idea you could allow it?

The Tavern is part of the Sweetgreen family. It’s in a nice little shop of 33rd M Street in Georgetown. Basically the concept is to bring the community closer to vendors and producers. Additionally, they also have soft serve ice cream which was really good. I’m told they will soon start serving salad dishes that Sweetgreen is known for.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The building itself is well maintained. My wife and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back.
A nice little farmers market style store. Produce is pretty local and very inexpensive. There is also a student discount. My only complaint is that they are cashless, which is discriminatory against the unbanked and poor in the area.

Wonderful place to spend time. Amazing colorful wooden houses. You can take a walk also Georgetown bayside.
