Really enjoyed my experience at The Grill!! My server Justin was Amazing and made great recommendations for my party. We ordered the mix grill and there was more than enough food to share at the table. This was my first dining experience with The Grill and I definitely plan to go back whenever I visit DC. Hands down the service was 5 ⭐️.

Overall good experience as we enjoyed our food. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the rest of the food was great. Unfortunately the place was very loud and noise was not absorbed. Also it was quite pricey for what we actually ate. There are cheaper places with the same quality of food.
Went for a birthday celebration - the hostesses at the front were great but that was the best part. My date ordered a steak medium well, came out over cooked so we sent it back. 2nd time came out over cooked again but we chose not to complain. Our server barely checked on us and didn't even apologize for the mishap of the kitchen. The restaurant seemed overbooked and our server seemed overwhelmed for a Saturday night. I would go back but maybe on a less busy day.

The Grill DC is a modern, lively restaurant where you can meet up with friends for drinks , eat amazing food, and catch up for 2 hours without being rushed by the servers. Highly recommend the oysters, calamari, and bacon wrapped stuffed dates. The Wharf location was lots of fun, and The Grill features big walls of windows to observe all the action near the water. Would definitely come back again.
We live at The Wharf and have been going to The Grill since it opened. It's one of our favorite restaurants at The Wharf. Brandon was the most delightful, and best server we've had there. He was great with recommendations for our guests! He was so personable, yet balanced with professionalism.
So we were there for our anniversary, we are on holiday from the UK, the overall experience was very good, however, no mention was made to our anniversary even though it was mentioned on the booking. The other thing that we found strange is the fact a 20% service charge was added to the bill and this was non negotiable, Iâd rather tip my server myself. The overall experience was very good apart from the food and service to be overpriced.
