Thanks so much Will. You made my experience with sweetgreen, unforgettable! I go to different locations few times a week because I like Sweet green’s salads so much but I’ve never seen such a wonderful staff member till today. Will was super friendly, respectful and professional. He made me to be more loyal to this company. He ran to help me and provided a cup of water for my dog with a smily face and I felt so welcomed. Thanks so much Will. You’re a wonderful and worthy employee. Congratulations to your manager.
I just ordered a salad - the staff was attentive and quick, but one server used their hands to pick up the kale, spinach, and other greens instead of the metal forceps. They didn’t change their gloves between orders, and touched plastic bottles of dressing and other items in between.
The best salads! Lots of choice, good portion sizes, extremely tasty, Worth a visit! We will be back for another visit tomorrow

There is absolutely no way that this place actually has a 4.3 star rating... I work right next door and 9 times out of 10 receive chicken on my salad even though my orders are always vegetarian. I even cut out chickpeas from my order to see if that would help since the word looks kind of like chicken... Gave them several passes because of the pandemic but at this point it's just pure incompetence. I've emailed customer service probably 5 times in the past month. Total joke.

If there was a review for less than a start, I would have given thatI placed an order online. It took over an hour and half to prepare the order. I tried to contact them and no help. Finally my order was done but when it was delivered, the salad was missing more than half of its ingredientsThis place is not worth it at all
I have been a costumer for sweetgreen for years and the staff ( fat black guy ) that's currently working here closes the bathroom to it's costumers because they use the excuse they're about to close and no body can use them when the store is not even close. It's been more than a couple of times they do this. I walked in at 8:45pm and they don't close until 9pm. You can't deny people to go to the bathroom when they're eating at the restaurant. Please change managment. Horrible experience. Terrible costumer service. The most lazy workers in dc!!
