Tasty but a little slow even with no line… probably due to all the pickup orders
My bowl was not filled. I had very little bit of onions and the other toppings. My salad was not made with care and was not full. It was half the bowl. If you will only give me half a salad i expect to obly pay half
Everything is fresh and the store is clean. Got a Chicken Cobb Salad. It was delicious!
Good vibes and calm atmosphere. My food usually about $13. Huge bowl of salad. I recommend the curry cauliflower.
All I could say is WOW! WOW! WOW!know let me tell you why. The young man Dion took his time with my order. I have been to 4 different sweetgreens and I order the same thing everytime. Tonight I learned 4 toppings come with a custom salad. The other sweetgreen staff members just put the three toppings on and never said anything about the fourth topping. Dion told me that 4 toppings come with it. Dion told me what toppings cost extra and what topping I could add at no cost. Dion really made my salad to perfection and his customer service skills is what's needed in the hospitality setting. KUDOS Dion and again WOW!

Horrible experience! My order was not ready on time, even though it took me 20 minutes to get to the location. They hadn't even started on it.I had to show it to them on my phone because they said their system wasn't working. It still took 20 more minutes for them to complete the order. They had a new female employee working the order by herself and she couldn't even get the lid on the bowls. I literally had to offer to do it myself. I just couldn't understand why all the other 5 or 6 employees were in the back, while she struggled, literally for the longest MINUTES of my life to get these lids on. No one was helping her. She didn't even know which ingredients she needed, hence the reason for my order not being completed correctly. One was missing cheese, another was missing Tomatoes, only one of 3 items was correct. I expect a correct order for the amount of money I spent.Don't waste your time or your money!
