I love Sweet green! Stopped in after a long day of errands and needed to refuel. Sweet green was around the corner, and shroomami was calling my name. But fate would have it, I got more than a nutritional pick me up. Antonio served me and just glowed. He was so friendly and so helpful, he really cheered me up after a stressful day. So thanks, Antonio. You really turned my day around and I appreciate that.
This was my first time here. Ata was so friendly and welcoming. We were able to customize a vegan salad that may be my new favorite! Green goddess + pesto dressing.
I'm a huge Sweetgreen fan so I'm not trying to dunk on them. The salads are good, the staff is friendly and does a great job. I've noticed a shift at this location recently that orders placed online for delivery or pick-up are significantly less full than if you order in person. I got a salad a few weeks ago that I would say filled half of the bowl. For a $15 bowl of lettuce, I really need all of that lettuce in there :( It didn't used to be like this. I really liked placing my order for pick up and being able to just show up and take my salad to go, but now I feel like I have to wait in line and stand in person in order to ensure a full bowl, which I don't always have the time or willpower to do, so I go somewhere else. Ily though sweetgreen <3
We USED to love sweetgreens however their new pricing policy is cumbersome, confusing, and annoying!!! If your ingredient costs went up, just raise the price of your bowls - everyone understands we are living in inflationary times. Instead you have adjusted your prices to keep the basic bowl low and then nickel and dime your loyal customers for the selection of simple ingredients (like a teaspoon of nuts) added to a bowl. Ridiculous policy!!! There are many other competing options that offer fairer, more customer friendly pricing options.

Mega healthy mega tasty goodness. They clearly really care about their ingredients, and have a rotating seasonal menu, so you don't get bored. Plus very human yet professional customer service.

I ordered the warm bowl from here a couple of times while on my visit to Washington... the last visit was excellent. I believe the workers name was Alejandro (he went above and beyond in making the salad) which was a plus. It made me laugh a little for some reason.
It's hard to beat sweetgreen for reliably fresh and delicious salads. This location in particular is SO efficient. At least during COVID, seems like most people order online. They have a great, well run system and my orders are always ready on time or earlier. Also love the outdoor seating available!
Salad was made poorly and sloppy by Elian I come here often due to its convenience and of course you won’t get the best salad every time but he was looking at me while I was telling him and still doing the wrong thing this has made me not want to attend this sweetgreen again. It’s the attitude and very poor customer service for me I didn’t feel the connection at all and management was not at all helpful either!!!! Slightly offended!!!!!
