Rude customer service! Workers complaining of customers coming in and placing orders an hour and a half before they close when no one was in the store to begin with..smh..please train your employees properly
Bowl was ok in terms of flavors. I had the fish bowl and I didn't like the dressing, it was too acid and didn't complement the nice flavor of the salmon. I am looking forward to try the other choices though.The quality of the ingredients were superb. Fresh, delicious and good quality. I'll see you around guys.
Sweetgreen is great, but this location is kind of a mess. Over roughly half a dozen orders, I have a 50% success rate at the staff preparing what I ordered, correctly. And, to be clear, these aren’t difficult orders – stock menu items with an addition of a premium ingredient. Go to the location in Georgetown or avoid altogether. Sweetgreen corporate customer service is helpful, but I shouldn’t half to complain after every other order.
Regarding the Harvest Bowl - the dressing balsamic vinaigrette is supposed to be used sparingly. The bowl was ruined by using too much. It made my throat hurt, even.

I will begin by saying that i rarely eat out and am very picky about food prepared by anyone else but me, as i do own a food business. With this said, employees were very nice when I asked to switch things around in my salad, had great suggestions and were understanding. It turned out to be a very flavorful experience and i will definitely come back again for the same salad as it was a HIT!
