Good salads. They have tweaked their recipes and offerings since I was there last (pre-pandemic) and they were very good. Not my favorite salad place but a good option.
Horrible customer service, i don’t know how you guys treat your employees but this isnt right! A barbaric attitude from workers this is not how you guys treat customers how you guys going to run a busses, place closes at 9pm restrooms locked at 8:30pm why you guys even have restroom then ? If there was option give a less than 1 star i would give negative stars i wouldnt even think twice
Incredibly rude women working here. The salad was fine, but the terrible service outweighs the quality of the food.
It was definitely a bad experience and a bad decision to go buy the salads that I like so much in this place. Terrible customer service. The woman who took my order was very rude to other customers and to me. Honestly, I would not return to this place. I do not recommend it. .??
The staff was friendly and helpful with accommodating my allergies. We've ordered online from here and in person. Never any complaints on our end.
Terribly rude staff. The lady who made our salads did not acknowledge us and threw everything in the floor in front of us. Clearly very very unhappy. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Awful experience.
I will never , never , never go back to that store ever its was a light skinned girl their was very RUDE !!!...i would like to talk to someone The Manger was just as RUDE also I woul let people knoq about that store and talk to someone one 7 on your side people shouldnt be that RUDE !!
This place used to be great. Something's happened. To get any reasonable salad it's 20 bucks. Want two slices of an apple, double want four shreds of carrot quadruple. And much rather just pay a fixed price and get a reasonable salad and then be nickeled and dimed into making a horrible salad good
I don’t understand why during a global pandemic Sweet Green insists on packaging the sauce containers with the food… I’m sure these containers aren’t kept in a bacteria free environment, yet you put it on top of the stuff I’m about to eat. Then send me a huge bag which you could have used to separately store the containers. Furthermore, because you’re packing the containers with the food, the portion is reduced by more than a quarter.
Local chain with fresh, healthy and tasty salad options. Service is quick, and staff tends to be quite friendly
