Happy we stumbled in here. Friendly staff, great drinks, and amazing food. Glad we found it early in our trip because we’re definitely going to go back.
This place is GREAT! Food and service was amazing. Atmosphere was stellar (hip hop music videos projected on the wall) fun and communicative staff gave us great direction and service. Full bar! Will eat here any time we’re in the neighborhood!
great atmosphere, our waitress was incredibly accommodating & polite (we had someone with a nut allergy). the food here is incredible, and fresh ! there are both vegan and vegetarian options, as well as a few gluten free plates to choose from.
Service was almost nonexistent. Guy who introduced himself as our server disappeared. Calling his name, heard but didn't come. Waving to others, ignored us. Took 30 minutes to get one drink. Food eventually came, served by somebody else. No utensils. Went to bar, thinking I saw chopsticks. Nope, straws. Manager saw and sent chopsticks. Anyway, after long time, dishes delivered 10 minutes apart, got good food. Told manager about service disappointment, he only said the staff were new. All FIVE of them?! He said he took 20% off bill, though we didn't ask for discount. And discounted bill for two dishes and cheapest saki was $52 for two! Can't recommend it.
I like how high-tech they are. You order and online and the food comes out shortly after. There are plenty of healthy options and vegan options as well. The food is always fresh here and the service is fast/friendly. There's a guy named Tanner that works here... ? LolAnd they're open late so it's a great place to come after a night out. I wasn't on a date but it's a great date spot...dim lights, a little music, and a nice chill vibe.
Ate here in march 2022. As of that date they are using the qvr code system for ordering and paying. This worked very well for our large group. Food came very quickly. Service was fine.
Food was good... The taste of their food reminds me of Singapore taste
I see a lot of investors, go into research everyday on what to invest in. I was like that few months back.
The food was good, especially the crispy tofu, but tbh some of the worst service I've seen in the US :( We got our food quickly, but waited over an hour for drinks and needed to go downstairs for four reminders -- until they brought them 7 minutes before closing and we'll after we'd finished drinking. You order through an app and pay in advance (includes a 20% service fee) so our waiter never checked on us, even when we requested service through the app, and you can't change your order later (like cancelling drinks when we were ready to go and they hadn't arrived yet)
Wow, I really miss old sticky rice… please bring back menu book, I really don’t like making orders from my phone. It’ll be my last time to come here unless they make changes.
