I asked for two venti drinks with no ice and the barista fills it half way. Normally, Starbucks fills the drink to the top. Also they did not take the Starbucks app for payment. When I talked to the barista about it being filled halfway, she rudely argued with me. The upstairs was also not finished, final review 1/5 *
Such a pity that 1st floor is closed I wanted to use the space to study and drinking my coffee but was not available. Hope soon you can offer this service so the neighborhood can come and use it!
I love being on a first name basis with Starbucks' baristas at my local Starbucks. They are really good at their craft and I love the music playing in the background!
I like unique Starbucks buildings. The place was nice and clean. Seems like the staff was nice and energetic except for the cash register lady that took my order. She wasn’t rude but definitely didn’t have the welcoming feel. Probably just one of them days for her.
Service is good and the line moves quickly enough, but their dining room is often inexplicably closed (as it is today, with very low covid) to the point where I'd say they're effectively takeout only and certainly not a reliable spot for studying. They should switch to a smaller store and leave the two floors of prime space they're wasting to someone who will use them.
Nice place, nice staff, would pop in and out more often but the construction happening around the area is annoying.
As good as any other Starbucks, staff is friendly, for the most part!Unfortunately the building design is terrible and cramped and they offer hardly any seating. Avoid if you want to sit, study, read.
I’m not a huge Starbucks fan in general but this location is a 10/10. Everyone who works there is so friendly and every time I put in a mobile order it is always ready on time (most of the time earlier). Truly the most efficient way to get my cup of coffee in the mornings on the way to the Metro.
I was visiting from Miami to get a visa at an embassy. Unfortunately, the upstairs was closed and while there were hi-top tables there were no chairs.I'm guessing it was covid related but since I was asked for a vaccination card, I'd assume that being able to sit would be permitted.Not the usual comfortable experience expected from a Starbucks. Everything else was top notch, the staff was very polite and effecient.
It is always lovely to stop by and be greeted by such an energetic team of baristas. Fast service, bright coffee shop, and some nice outdoor seating. Or bring your coffee over to Dupont Circle and enjoy the scenery.
