The staff members work great together they was willing to help each other out at times. Taking my order and receiving my order was done at a respectable timetable. Also a very clean atmosphere In the establishment.
I don’t have high hopes for Starbucks in general since I’m not a fan of the their beans or sugary drinks but while rushing around today prepping for NYE, I stopped to grab what was supposed to be coffee to get me through my errands. I then received a tall syrup for $7 and couldn’t drink it. When I got back home, I tossed two pods in my Nespresso to add to this syrupy mess to become what should have been a latte. I don’t know what Starbucks is doing, but they are no longer making coffee. What I had was candy melted in a cup that is enough to wake the dead. Never again!

I came here this evening for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Two of the baristas WERE NOT following the mask policy. They were both female. One was wearing her mask down below her nose. You could fully see her nose and open nostrils. Another female batista had her mask down exposing her nose and mouth. DC is about to require certain businesses to inquire about vaccination status. How can any business be self righteous demanding customers to follow a mask policy when some of their very own employees won't? Any employee of a business is the public face of an establishment and it makes the company look bad when they want customer's to wear masks but the people charged with enforcing policy will NOT.
The first time having an awful caramel macchiato from this location. I definitely didn't get what I ordered. Disappointed.
Just ordered classic oatmeal get to my job and the only thing in the bag is some dry oatmeal and a spoon. I called 3 times to complain they didn't answer the phone. I'm heated!

All Starbucks chai teas are not made equally. If you want a really good chai tea go to Starbucks at Dakota crossing. Always made perfectly!
