I go to this location all of the time. Most times, the staff are very nice and accommodating. Today was the exception. I came in over 10 minutes after placing my online order. I understood that they were backed up a little. I waited in the store for almost 30 additional minutes. I had asked the woman doing food two times about my order. The second time, Mandi interrupted and said "It's not that big of a deal." I was shocked - it IS a big deal. At this point, I'm late for work and I tried to get a refund (because Starbucks is expensive!) and they kept saying "it's coming in just a minute." I responded to her telling her that. I was trying not to make a big scene and Mandi yelled out "well, you should have ordered online." Once I told her that I did, she yelled back, "well, everyone's waiting." People were not waiting for 40 minutes for online orders. There was obviously something wrong and she wasn't even interested in helping. She then spent the rest of the time I was in the store laughing at me and saying that I was being ridiculous - all while she was apparently so behind with orders - I guess she had more time than she realized. I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. And it's terrible because the other employees are very nice. How is she allowed to continue treating customers like that? Where was the manager? Perhaps she needs a new training in customer service. Honestly, she ruined this Starbucks for me. I never want to interact with her again. I hope she gets the training she needs.

To all STARBUCKS lovers. I highly recommend this location. The staff is GREAT! They're all very nice,friendly,and have positive energy! Mandi is such a wonderful person,she greets you as soon as you enter the store,she remembers your name,she's the BEST! She makes the perfect caramel Frappuccino latte and perfect iced passion,tango,tea lemonade ?. She's so cool,she thanks every customer for coming and she also wishes them a great day and a great weekend! This location is very clean,organize,and a fun place to hang out and enjoy your drinks! ??????

It did not look like Starbucks at all! Employees need to rethink their approach to customers.Be patient and polite instead of shaking your head and expressing frustration.

The staff is so nice even with really difficult costumers. My drink was exactly how I like it and they seemed pretty nice to remake drinks for people who weren't happy. Shout out to worker Alisa who dealt with a very rude costumer very nicely :D Also their music is boppin

Staff poorly organized. 25 mins to get food. Should have gone to Peets.

I got a recommendation from Amanda about my hot chocolate and it is DELICIOUS. I then got another recommendation for my medicine ball and it was the BOMB!!! In addition I didn't know this location opened up at 5am....This will be my new location in the morning on my way to work. No line no wait. Oh Yeah!!

They never keep their online food stock up to date. For about three weeks I have been trying to order a brownie which says it in stock on the app. I come in, pick it up, and they are out.

Never had a good coffee from here, only starbucks I’ve ever been to that is consistently bad for some reason

I think 2 stars is a fair rating. I submit a mobile order here usually 2 times a week. I order either a basic coffee with cream and sugar or a hot tea, they both always take at least 20 plus minutes to be prepared which I find odd. They seem fully staffed so not sure if that’s training or management or what. Also, there’s one worker there who always have the most stuck up attitude, it’s a real shame having to see that every time I go.
