Pathetic customer service. Just went 1/2 hr ago.The woman who took my order(name tag i think said aisha) acted as if she was doing me a favor. Her facial expression was totally unwelcoming. She looked mad at the world. No hello or nothing. Needs to be taught about good service. Not what i have encountered at starbucks. Will never go back.

This may be the worst Starbucks in all of Washington, D.C. and it’s management’s fault, not the workers. Here’s why:1) Understaffed: Located in a highly touristy area but off from where many locals live, it’s clientele tend to be tourists. During busy seasons, it’s slammed with people wanting a quick coffee. However, there are only a few people staffed causing a backlog of orders. I went in around 5 p.m. on a Sunday and waited just ten minutes to get to the front of the line, but 30 to get my drink. When I got it, it was wrong.2) Space: It’s tiny with just a few tables crammed off to the side. It’s often dirty with the trash cans overflowing. If you can, go to any other coffee shop in the city.

In DC going to the Artechouse for a show and had to kill time so we stop at the Starbucks near there. Im not a regular coffee drinker so and Bree suggested a Latte and Dee made it so delicious. Everyone was very friendly and the service was impeccable!

Great coffee like always.

Ordered a hot chocolate, when it came out I felt the cup a little light and saw they had filled half cup of hot choco and half of foam. My girl went up and politely told the girl working about the issue so she just got some warm milk and filled the rest of the cup. At that point I'm just milk in my cup so I went to the friendly guy at the register and told him the situation and he had the girl working to make me another cup. With an attitude she poured out the old cup, grabbed a new cup and set it to one side and preceded to attend other customers after me. I waited another 15 min while she ignored me until my girl came up and yelled at the girl at the back at which point another guy working in the back came up and quickly handed me a new cup that he quickly whipped up. 2 stars because the 2 guys working brought it up a star otherwise it would have been a 1 star because the hot chocolate still tasted like milk.

Overpriced, but good tea.

Great pumpkin red-eye

Music so loud the cashier couldn't hear customer, cashier unfamiliar with menu, cashier stoic, unfriendly, and not customer service oriented. Still no sugar & cream out in public spaces, in this D.C. microcosm. When I asked for sugar from another employee, she loudly announced that "you need to to ask them if they want cream and sugar," obviously annoyed at her co-worker, who paid her no mind over the din of the music. One employee who delivered my sandwich did provide a thank you. Another customer ordered a yogurt with no spoon provided. Train your employees Starbucks.

Good service and nice employee's

This was my first time at the Starbucks but hopefully not the last. The staff is very friendly and greeted me when I walk in the door. The cool part was they had a dry erase board with a question on it and I gave my answer. That was unique and I had never seen that before. I look forward to going back to this Starbucks, great job guys!
