There were 5 of us who ordered. 3 got their drinks with an ok amount of time. 1 was finished but they held it on the back counter. My friend asked if it was hers and told the employee her name. The employee looked at it and said yes but set it back down on the back counter and walked away. About 3 mins passed before someone else picked it up and put it on the pickup counter. My drink took 15 mins to make and I only got it because I complained. When they gave it to me, it was only 3/4 full and they slammed it on the cointer hard enough to spill some out the lid. While I was waiting, another customer ordered a drink, they made the wrong drink and handed it to her. When she told them it was wrong, the employee mumbled something, poured it into a different cup and handed it right back to her. Don't know how that turned out as I left. The employees spent more time talking and socializing than taking care of customers. Highly disappointed
This worker didn’t know if their almond milk was sweetened or not and when I got my coffee sweet I asked him to switch it up. He said that he doesn’t make coffee and started screaming at me like “You know who are you talking too?” first time had I encounter such rudeness in Starbucks. Tbh I would fire him unless you want your customers to be yelled at
Wow, if I could give the employees here 10 stars! The line was out the door and I was expecting to be waiting forever but the line moved fast to the register. I got my order faster after ordering than I do at a far less busy Starbucks. And the most impressive thing was there were only 3 employees and they served everyone with a smile and positive attitude.
Bad service ever, the staff was so unfriendly and rude! Never want to come back!
Rude, order took over 30 minutes for 1 drink and the other they verbally complained that when we mentioned it was made wrong that she was entitled. Yeah I'm sure lactose intolerance is a real entitlement. Music WAY too loud couldn't hear names being called. Just an overall terrible experience.

I ordered pistachio-frappuccino. When I got my order I realized i didn’t pay attention if it is cold or hot and they immediately prepared hot one - for free. Caring and warm environment in a cold day(17F) Thanks Starbucks Team in DC
I ordered two cappuccinos with oatmilk and got something with caramel but the staff was very helpful and solved all the problems with a very pleasant solution. And when the sun hits the store in the afternoon it is really beautiful in this place.
