Been going for trivia night on Wednesdays. Good times. Food is above average bar food. Mixed drinks are a bit weak. But decent beer selection. Well later out for watching sports

Great sportsbar with menu that will surprise. If you are local and this isnt your go to spot you are missing out.

This is a life lesson and also a review. I came to this restaurant with a large group late at night. We were having a good time when in the middle of our conversation I happen to look to the left and see a mouse run from the kitchen to a blue door across the hall (I know it was blue because I kept staring at the door questioning myself if I saw what I know I saw). At that point I told people at my table They said, "we're so hungry we don't care". At this point I was questioning myself, my sanity, and my caliber of friends. I didn't want to be the odd man out so, I'm like okay whatever. I'll ignore the common sense God gave me and order food. Honestly speaking I thought the food was okay but nothing to write home about. I ordered a baked potato, and as far as the potatoes go, it was meh. As small as it was, I didn't bother finishing it. I was really excited about the desert which was actually really good. I couldn't finish it and took the rest of it home. Upon getting home and taking a bite out of my tart cherry bread pudding. I pulled out a long strand of straight -what looked to be -blond hair. At that point I decided one, never eat food there again, and two don't ignore waving red flags to fit in with a group of people. Stick to your convictions and follow your gut. I give this place two stars because the service was quick and pretty good, and the atmosphere was nice. Like I said the major issues I had was the mouse I saw and the hair in my food.

The food concept and execution is really amazing given that this is a sports bar. Tomahawk ribeye for $50 is best value in district. Mac n cheese, brisket and really unique clam chowder. That being said, as a recommendation, I would suggest a change in music as it was loud and pretty obnoxious (Spice Girls and other 90s pop and dance during dinner time when few people were there drinking). It sorta hurts the vibe. Ppl in their 30s eating fancy food might appreciate something more laid back.

Everything was very good! Darryl was a great server! We got the brisket Mac and cheese, beef sliders, Bao buns and chicken naan flat bread. Everything was very tasty. It was a bit of a wait for the food.

Would have been five stars except for really really just terrible music playing at an annoyingly loud volume. I mean we’re talking Alanis Morissette, that white Canadian rapper from the 90s, just really terrible. The staff also seemed as miserable about being there as we did. Food was alright and beer was good. Just please do something about the music and maybe more energetic staff.

Waiters can’t get order straight, they do not answer phone or return callsI am in dc often, not going here again, will not happen.

Great drinks, great atmosphere, Brisket Mac and cheese brings it all together ?

Great food, great happy hour deals, great location, great service, fun trivia night on Wednesday.

Good food and decent beer selection. Got hella crowded around 10p.
