I am not a soup person, BUT there's something about the authenticity of Soup Up that keeps me coming back for more! I would never venture onto Kennedy St if they weren't there. Summer or Winter, it's a perfect choice I can't get enough of the sauce that comes with the spring rolls. Seeing the real pieces of vegetables and herbs in their food is a definite plus for me. & The cost matches the ingredients and friendliness of staff. 10/10
Delicious and healthy soup at a reasonable price. The Jerk spring rolls with the ginger sauce are outstanding. Met the owner, who was incredibly sweet, welcoming and provided wonderful service. I’ll be back for sure!
Stopped in after a busy day looking for "comfort food"..... Wow, Wow, Wow!Had the "Green Machine" and took the "Herb Roasted Chicken Soup"... Superb!What sets this apart is that these are hearty soups chock full of ingredients...tastes home made...worth the trip.Enjoy!

Went in for one soup….tried the lentil soup and it was so fresh and delicious. Currently eating the green soup also delicious…In total I walked out with 3 soups. ? 10/10 will def be going back.
