The Mango Kale smoothie was smooth, but the banana flavor seemingly overpowered the full 32 oz of the smoothie. It was still very tasty for a hot day like today. It was gulped up by none other than me in a matter of 2 minutes.

I did not receive proper customer service this morning, I wasn't greeted when I came in, service clerk just stared at me, but when the next customer came in who was a Caucasian, they greeted then instead so I just didn't even bother spending any money on the service.
Quita has absolutely the best customer service on the entire 14t Street area...it is always a pleasure to visit this location when she is working...and she makes the best "Yogurt Delight" of any of the franchises...THANK YOU QUITA! YOU ARE THE BEST!
So, I’ve been going in to the smoothie king on 14th and U for a while now it’s across the street from my job. It’s been at least 3 months since the last time I’ve visited the store and today when I walked in the young lady ringing me up remember me and she knew what I ordered the last time and I could not. She is always so friendly and pleasant with great customer service Thank you Quita. I’ll be back

Fantastic smoothies and even better customer service
I have been coming to this location for over a year and it has always been wonderful. Today Quita suggested that I try the yogurt d lite with chocolate in it because it is one of her favorites, and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted just like a chocolate frosty and she even made it herself for me so it would be perfect! This is really sets this Smoothie King apart from all the others. I wish that there was a way to leave a tip with my card though!
My experience with the employee who took my order was excellent but what I witnessed from another employee giving bad customer service to two customers he didn’t acknowledge them they were so confused as to who was taking their order because he literally just stared at them his fingers were in his mouth he was biting his nails no mask even though it’s mandated in DC and he had a very nonchalant attitude.
Amazing every time. Love this location.
