Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I stopped by this location two days in a row and still managed to not get a smoothie! One day the credit card machine is down, and the next the young lady that was working literally just turned around and walked to the back as I was trying place my order. I’m more than positive I will never visit this location again.
Came in to get a smoothie from this location and it was delicious the young lady did very good I’ll be visiting very soon
I’m from Texas and the staff was super friendly and awesome. Quintana and Joe were great love employees that are super helpful and personable. A++
This store is conveniently located right near the Farragut North metro. The cashiers were friendly and worked quickly. There are so many flavors to choose from, so there’s definitely something for everyone. This is a great option for a healthy treat on a hot day.

The guy working on Thursday, July 22 in the morning was so rude and not helpful at all. I tried to ask for flavors and recommendations and he just stared at me like he had no clue what I was saying. Definitely not coming back to this location. Even when I mentioned this was my first time here he just looked at me and said “oh ok” As a customer you like feeling like you’re being helped, and this wasn’t the case here. This guy was rude, rude, rude and not helpful. And the smoothie was nasty.
The Smoothie King on Connecticut Ave. and K street is one of the better locations. They run out of supplies and the staff mumble and don't speak clearly enough.
Please get the red straws as the clear thin plastic ones always break. I mentioned this before and was informed dc banned plastic as im handed a plastic cup.
There a rude girl in the front counter so had a terrible attitude , she could change my order before making my smoothie makes no sense to me if you haven’t made it yet !
Quintana and staff are very welcoming. I visit twice a week always clean. Peanut Power with strawberries amazing!
