The staff was great however my smoothie was made with water I asked the young lady why she said the use water as a base for all the smoothie despite the fact that the menu clearly states otherwise I think it’s a shame because if you don’t read the board you have no idea they are not using it she made my drink with the juice but only because I requested it …smh

Basically, I was in rush hour traffic when I saw this location open and empty! I thought "Jackpot ", no lines!!! I go in and customer service was excellent at this point! It wasn't til after I got my drink, got in my double parked vehicle and drove off about five miles away before I realized that my drink was not sweet, nor did it have the extra peanut butter, that I paid for in it, as well as the drink was not a whole 32 ounces! So, when I came back to the store still in rush hour traffic, the same lady indicated that I had dranked from the cup and that it was quite a bit missing!! I told her that first of all, it wasn't a 32 oz., secondly I was in rush hour traffic, so naturally your product is gonna melt down and show its consistency in the cup! Your employee indicated very snidely that I had dranked this awful drink, and that if I wanted a correction I would have to pay you another 11:32 for the same awful service!! Seriously??? I think the only thing I did wrong in this scenario, was not got to Rhode Island Avenue location where this problem never exists! My hats off to that location, but your H Street location, just sucks! You guys should just pop in their as a random customer and check out that experience for yourself and then make an educated business saving decision!!! Thank you for your time in this matter!!!
There smoothly doesn’t even taste as a smoothie taste like water I regret going there.
I can't for the life of me figure out why this Smoothie King is never open on time. For the location you would think this would be more professional but I guess not ???
I came in before a few ppl but somehow they got their order before me. Then when the lady blended my smoothie it was not enough, so she somewhat remade it. It still was not 32 oz.. I don't know what their problem was because I don't I said anything more than thank you.

Can honestly say I had an amazing experience the smoothie’s are fantastic and the Environment was very Cousy I was greeted an helped right away they have definitely got a regular now lol
