Food is good haven't had bad service from this location or a bad meal
Typically I don't ordered salads out, but I went against my rules and ordered a salad with my meal and got food poison that lasted 7 days. I nearly had to the ER, but my doctor was able to see me.
We ordered 4 meals and the cashier forgot to add the first meal we said on the receipt, then we were waiting for an hour so we went back up to check on our last two meals they hadn’t even started cooking them. Very poor costumer service.

Bunch of scammers, very corrupt, unprofessional staff. High cost, bad quality food.
They cook with no gloves and they are not the cleanest. Eat at your own risk
The chicken wings are very small they're good but small I come from Chicago we got real sharks in Chicago it's nothing like back home but it'll do but the frog legs was disgusting the grease look the old they wasn't even golden like the chicken they were greasy and didn't have like some oil on them up horrible $15 that I wasted I went to Charlotte cuz I thought maybe it'll give me a back home feeling me missing Chicago the wings kind of dead but nothing like the sharks from Chicago Illinois

The guy at the front was busy talking on his personal phone that he couldn’t answer the store phone. On top of that he screwed up my order and the food was trash!! Idk about other Sharks but this one gets a F for poor customer service and below average quality food. Definitely not going back.
Great fried fish!! My new place in a pinch.
