Udaye July 2022: They only want/pay you to order through your phone. They were refusing to take orders in person but now they let me order that way so i don't just leave. They aren't great at customizing your order (even slightly, like changing to clack tea) as far as the front person (who isn't good with people) but the person making the drink made him go back to me and give me what I want....he was better with people (he thanked me when i left). I get the impression that the front person just doesn't want to deal with people. To me, this place is a 4 expect for the iffy way the front deals with customers (including being overcharged the first time).---------------------------------------------------------The drink was good although I would order it less sweet next time. They overcharged me by a dollar which I did not realize. They also charged me a bag fee without asking if I need a bag or even giving me a bag. I caught the bag fee but not that dollar overcharge... Because I didn't check the menu price until I got home. Also, the drink that it says on the cup in the picture is not actually a drink that I ordered or so they definitely put it in the system. I actually drank a black tea bubble tea with passion fruit.
Delicious experience - did takeout and you have to order online, which isn't a big issue. They had my order done really fast, like I was shocked. I'm unsure if you can customize the size since I didn't see the option for the Thai tea I ordered but boy was it huge! Definitely will come back when I'm in the area again!
So so delicious!! If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be making a stop here again! We spent about $16-$17 for 2 drinks and they were definitely worth the price! ? You scan the QR Code and order ahead. Our drink were made in a timely manner and were accurate!
They’re super busy and when you get there you have to order online so might as well order online ahead to pick up: they’re very sanitary and wear masks. Overall they’re efficient and clean and it tastes good. It’s just super busy
Delicious bubble tea! Maybe get a clap board to put on the sidewalk so people know to order via the QR code. Lots of folks go down stairs to order only to realize they need to scan the code. Very popular spot, may need to wait but it was very yummy!
We got classic oolong milk tea with mini pearl and they were perfect. The store is located in the basement and there are no indoor seatings or waiting area. We ordered using the barcode, then waited outside. The order was ready within 15 minutes.
If you are thirsty, you can find this store to order some bubble teas. The store comes from Taiwan. Making me don't have homesickness. Hoping it can open some stores in Chicago.
The offer is good and you can choose between hot or cold but you need to order online. Also they have only one type of pearls
Only drawback is that you have to order online because they don't take orders in store. They provide qr code outside store to easily order, though.They have a wide array of delicious boba drinks. Note: for some reason, the Oreo drink tastes like coconut but there is no indication that there is some in it.
Can’t order in store - have to order online and pickup only. I got the taro - which was good but not sweet enough in my opinion (I got regular - you can get sweeter as an option).
