Staff locks the door at 10:30pm instead of their actual business hours. Rude staff.
Honestly i wasnt impressed. Everone acted like they hated their job. The food was very sloppily put together and they left our parts of my order
I ordered from the Shake Shack app and was never notified any updates on my food, most notably I wasn't informed when my food was delivered. My food sat outside for 30 minutes and was eaten by a rat. So gross and sad! Was impossible to get a timely response from Shake Shack, the number listed on google for them wasn't linked to their location (or the brand?) so was left without food and without help! Bummed. Don't recommend ordering through their app.
