The food was delicious, the price was very cost-effective, and our waitress was so attentive and nice to us!
Great service, tasty food. Conveniently located
Pasta with undercooked eggplant. Pepperoni pizza that was all gooey cheese and pepperoni with no tomato sauce. All around disappointing.
Delicious Italian fare...everything was very fresh, the sauce was authentic (just like my husband's grandmother's!) and the server was very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the eggplant parmesan, penne Margherita, and chicken parmesan!
Our server Mara (?) is amazing. She was so helpful about the menu, making great recommendations, and made us feel welcomed and at ease. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Our group is from Hawaii and we felt the aloha spirit in DC at Sette Osteria. Mahalo!
My birthday lunch was perfect. I ordered the ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and amaretti with a delicious creamy but not too creamy sage sauce. Out of this world! The tiramisu was exceptional, just as good as any I have had in Italy, and a very generous portion. The service was also praiseworthy.
A perfect way to connect while feeling covid safe.
I picked up a pizza during lunch. It took a while but didn’t taste like a homemade fresh pizza. It also was not hot, more like warm. It tasted like a regular cheap pizza but for $16. I was not impressed at all
Sette is what it has consistently been for years: a restaurant with good food, but time after time, inattentive service well below the standard of other restaurants in town.Just about every time Iâve eaten there, you have to plead for or search for a waiter..
Food is average Italian. Service a little slow. Tiramisu added a nice touch with birthday occasion. Overall a good place to dine but not outstanding or anything special. I would go there again for a casual lunch or dinner out but not for special occasion.
