The drink flavors didn't quite meld together, but tasted like distinct components. Some artificial taste as well, though maybe it was just my specific drink. Below average bubble tea for me.
SecretTea is a fun spot. Small, but fun. Tucked away within government buildings south of George Washington University's campus, SecreTea is a bubble tea place that's so much more.They have a full drink menu, but I always order the milk tea with boba. It comes in a fancy plastic cup that you can wash and reuse. (My four-year-old daughter loves it.)They also have a variety of cookies, including a chocolate one with a giant glob of marshmallow and two teddy graham cookies on top. They warm it up, melting the marshmallow a little.There are a few tables inside the well-decorated space, but most people grab theirs to-go.
Super cute shop, friendly staff, amazing music, and the yummiest boba drink I’ve ever had. I got the taro milk tea and was blown away by how good it was—VERY sweet, which I love, but just a heads up because I know that’s not everyone’s thing. It wasn’t that busy so I stayed there to enjoy my drink and it was a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to try their other fun drinks.
What a cute spot! Popped into this spot to get my boba fix and didn’t even know taro brown sugar was a combo you could get. A perfect and cute place to get a drink or quick snack to eat!

The customer services sucks. Walked in, nobody said a word to me. Every single customer who walks in after me is greeted with a friendly hello. The difference between me and those other customers is they are white and I'm not. The drink was just okay. Customer service is important to me and I won't spend money at a business who doesn't treat all customers with equal respect.There's no bathroom for paying customers. In a place that serves drinks. They tell you to go next store to Starbucks which requires a code.
Very friendly and fast services, the drinks are wonderful from what I have experienced so far the vampire bite, oreo dirty milk, and mango dirty milk. They have been pretty perfect I recommend all 3 and if you have a sweet tooth I totally recommend trying a bake good! Worth it and worth the wait.

I’m not even a true fan of Boba teas, Chai teas, but this place has convinced me otherwise....This spot has a nice variety of tea’s, specialized coffee, even Chai’s & fruity iced tea’s...First up is their Oreo, sea salt, dirty milk Boba (pictured with chocolate flavored chewy Boba rounds $5.95). STAMP!! This tasted exactly how it sounded!! EXCELLENT!!.Next was their Stawberry green tea, Fruit Bloom chewy Boba (pictured, slushed, with strawberry flavored gummy’s $5.25). STAMP!! This was rich in flavor, and it was NOT a drink you could guzzle. You savor this!!.The Mango Bunny Boba (pictured with Popping Mango flavored Boba $10.99) was an off menu item. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! The bursting Boba’s are strong & powerful in flavor. The bunny is a gummy that sits on top of a sweet cream. This is what brought me to this spot!!.Next we had their seasonal Frankenstein green tea (pictured, cold, with chewy Boba $6.50). PASS on this one. It’s plausible that was prepared wrong. There wasn’t a sufficient amount of Boba, it was extremely bitter, and flavorless. The Boba had a hint of vanilla in it..Lastly we had their marshmallow brownie (pictured $3.95). STAMP!! Decadent, with gooey fudge in the middle!! I attempted to get their corn beef & chicken sandwiches but they didn’t have them available...Their customer service was decent, the store was clean, their online site was easy to use, parking was difficult. This is a unique spot, with good teas!! I highly recommend the Oreo sea salt, Dirty Milk Boba!! GO!! Edit: They have adjusted their things and have had no issues since coming back. Cordial, nice and were very considerate about the health of others. Especially their fall flavors were a massive hit! Glad everything was sorted and glad to see them doing well.
Super cute spot with great music. Got a vegetarian sandwich and a tea and it was delicious! The people taking my order were also so sweet
