Great tasting food freshly prepared! This was my second time eating here.
The BEST Indian food I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect. I got the chicken tikka masala and it was insanely good. I want to tell the chef I love him.
Chole masala was good and the overall was good. Remembered the roti on the menu is Tandoor roti, Not the chapati aka roti
Loved the food here during my visit to DC, especially Goat curry was too good. I highly recommend this place. I may not visit DC again but if I do I would definitely dine here again.
We catered an event for about 30-40 people and we got rave reviews from everyone! Salt and Pepper went above and beyond for us too. I highly recommend supporting this small local business that has been a DC institution for almost a decade.

Randomly selected, the food was exceptionally good. I loved Daal chawal as compared to other dishes that we ordered but it is all person to person. The most important thing to note is that the content of oil is phenomenally good. If I had to eat again there I would go for Daal chawal.
The customer service was great. Excellent flavors, I had the Salmon Curry. I was one of 4 guest at my table and we were throughly satisfied with the seasonings and varied flavors.
