The best ramen I have had in DC! The Red Tonkotsu bowl and Shoki bowl were amazing. Broth is very flavorful and noodles are cooked perfectly. So many fresh toppings. I make sure to take friends here when they are visiting.

Really solid ramen spot, I got the DC Miso Ramen with extra bamboo shoots and it really hit the spot but it was a bit light on the portion but I guess Ramen isn’t a super filling food to begin with. The restaurant itself is a little confusing to find, but it’s located underground and was a little humid, but that’s probably due more to the weather outside than the A/C inside. Would definitely come back!

I come here whenever I can if I'm in DC. I believe the first time I was here was 6 or 7 years ago. To this day this is my favorite ramen place anywhere. The food:1. Bulgogi Buns - These were so good I wish I was able to fit more in my stomach.2. Shoki Bowl - This is excellent for any meat lover. The egg is flavored delicious too.3. Tonkotsu Red - This ones the popular one and for good reason. It's full of flavor. If you don't know which one to get, get this one.

Best ramen in town. The owner was very friendy and helped us decide what to get. We wanted to try them all and we had no regrets. Jus a heads up, spicy is ranked 1 to 10(10 super spicy) ,a 5 is really spicy it would actually be a 7 or 8 in my book. But thats jus me. Loved all the food. Especially the kim chi which is the owners moms recipe?

My favorite ramen place in D.C.Raman is just perfect, and they are not shy with their portions. The appetizer buns are perfectly cooked, it just melts in your mouth. The service is excellent. The chief came outside and greeted us.

Excellent ramen. Cozy spot with communal table and individual tables. It gets very busy so plan to wait.

Amazing. Omg I wish I lived closer so I could make daily trips. Everything from the service to the food was incredible. I specifically got the bulgogi buns and chosun with naruto and nori and I inhaled it lol sooooo freaking good. Also tried Shoki bowl as that was my partner’s dish and that tasted amazing. Wish I could put this as 10 stars

One of the best ramen places in DC. The restaurant itself has a cool vibe and clear dividers between guests. The food was quick and delicious. It’s no Momofuko, but still pretty dang good. Pricing isn’t outrageous either.

This place has great and flavorful ramen. We are visiting from Miami and found this place suggested on Google and Reddit. We stopped in and tried the DC ramen (a plainer broth featuring cheese), the tonkotsu red (a creamier spicy broth featuring mushrooms, bamboo shoots and more) and the Shoki bowl (contains all the meats for a meat lover in one broth). My favorite was the Tonkotsu red, they offer levels 1 to 10 of spicy. I went with a 3 on the server's suggestion and enjoyed the flavor and heat balance. We also had the gyoza, and pork belly buns. The Gyoza were stuffed and delicious while the pork belly buns were tender but could have used a sauce or more flavor. They also offer a whole host of things to add to the ramen you select in case it isn't already in there- such as mushrooms, egg, corn and other add ons.

Excellent place! Check the website, not Map, for if they are doing dine in because there was no Dine-In on Dec. 30th but it said they was.The food was great. One of the best dumplings I've ever had. Owner came out to check on us outside. My favourite place in DC so far.
