Get ready to pay money to get disrespected. Food is average but first learn to treat your customers with respect and dignity. Just as few other reviewers have already pointed the female waitress was super rude to us. If you are working in a restaurant, learn what the titles of food you are serving means. I wanted "flip the bird" and I asked if it is a wrap or bowl as it says chicken roti (roti means bread/tortilla ). She replied in a very rude way. Throughout the ordering her responses were extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was pointing my finger as to which food I want (my fingers were probably not even a few millimetres off the counter top) and I was asked super rudely not to have my fingers to off the counter top. As a whole, if I were the owner of this place, I would not let her continue working here for me anymore if she continues to treat customers with disrespect. Remember, you guys are not giving us food for free. Being respectful is the minimum you guys could do. I would never ever come back to this place again an would not recommend it!Change in character/ behaviour is the best apology. You can't keep apologizing and continue to have the same people working for you. It just means that you don't care as an owner.
My first time eating at Roti, I can say I wasn’t pleased with what I found in my food. A piece of plastic which was mixed with the lamb.
Never been to a Roti before. Exceeded expectations and staff was very helpful. Food was great...would give 5 stars for better cleanliness. Overall nice experience and will be back.
Amazing Mediterranean food, prices that leave you happy, and a great group of people that work behind the counter, making the magic happen. Can't go wrong with a falafel pita, and you definitely can't go wrong with stopping by Roti for one.
Their food is good, however their delivery drivers from Door Dash drive me INSANE! They never deliver it to the address that is given when the order is placed...which is my department/office...and instead will simply call me when they are at the front gate of my campus and so therefore I have to walk there and meet them to get my large order of food. Half the time, they forget the silverware when it is requested as well.Also, why am I getting charged a Covid Impact fee on my order, that is more than the fee to deliver my food? What exactly does this cover?
Great food and the staff/manager are really friendly. It's a real local store, the staff greet and know the customers. This place has basically sustained me through the pandemic.
Quick service and tasty pita. A bit to spicy sauce for my tastes but good. We enjoyed it
Very nice place, the food is good but portions of protein are a bit small. They take a covid-19 fee in the bill, when asked about it the clerks they didn't even knew it exists. We ordered twice in the same time (ate one and than another one) and has to pay this fee twice. Not cool.
Great taste and fresh ingredients. Nice lunch spot on a quickly dwindling list in the area.
I’m eating the Flip The Bird as I write this. The food is fresh and aromatic - very well seasoned! Truly delicious! The staff was pleasant and the environment was very contemporary but comfortable and laid back. The space was very clean as well - I’ll be coming back!
