SEVERE FOOD POISONING - TEMPERATURE ISSUESMy sister and I went to Rice Bar on H street for a quick dinner. I have been quite a few times, but I noticed new staff there on Sunday. I proceeded to order chicken teriyaki without question. When I received my food, the chicken felt cold and was torn up like a Tinga. I truly regret eating it, as my sister and I were both terribly sick. I reached out to rice bar and have not heard anything back.Super disappointing experience.

Their foods great. Love their sauces. Healthy and clean. The location is sanitary. Super quick for them to whip something up.
I love this place for fast, filling, reasonably priced rice bowls! Great choices for vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores alike. The sushi here is so-so but I like that they have different options.
Easy ordering and delicious food, will come again when back in the dc area! Highly recommend

Good food, but I ordered online at 2pm and they didn't even check the online orders til 7pm (when they rejected the order in their system.) By that time obviously I had come in to pick it up and it wasn't done. They had no idea it was even placed. They made it but I had to wait til everyone was done in line. Completely defeated the purpose of ordering pickup.
My customer experience here has been subpar at best. After Rice Bar’s online ordering system malfunctioned and charged me multiple times for food I never received, it’s been a hassle to actually get the refunds from the owner. They reached out to me almost two weeks after the incident, and that was only after I disputed the charges with my bank. I was told to expect the refunds in a few days and, 11 days later, have only received one — and zero response to my several emails asking for timing updates.
I ordered miso soup and sushi rolls from here. Each item did not taste right and the sushi rolls smelled very fishy and not fresh. The “spicy tuna roll” smelled like it had gone bad and was saturated in hot sauce. Terrible quality food and will not be ordering from here again.
Great noodle bowls and generous portions. Love this place!
