The texture of the noodles is springy and chewy. The only downside, the broth is too salty that I almost wanted to add more water to dilute it.
Good ramen inside Union Street market. A bit hard to find.
Cute little Ramen stall with friendly service and some tasty options. I felt the flavors were authentic Japanese and the broth was delicious. I think my noodles may have been slightly undercooked but not enough to ruin my meal. Reasonably priced option for a quick bite at union market… I would try again.
I had the Shoyu Ramen, the broth was great and rich taste. However I felt it had a bit more salty than the other Ramens that I had at different shops. I do like the fact that it was a Chicken broth though. Also, the portion was a bit smaller from the looks of it. Or it could just because it was in a smaller size bowl.
This is by far the best Ramen in the DMV. The bone broth is incredibly rich and bursting with flavor. Meat was render and delicious. UZU is the real deal!
Off the hook! Amazing quality ingredients, depth of layered, subtle flavors, and what tastes like ‘homemade’ ramen in a wonderful aldente preparation! I live right next to this place and feel blessed!!!!!!
Incredibly delicious and a fair price. The staff was super nice, and even though it was a little slow, it is definitely worth the wait!

Today, I cried over this noodles bowl because I can’t have them right now. I m like 600 miles away from that place. This bowl is soothing to my soul and it’s much needed right now. Ship me a bowl anyone?
