STAY AWAY - DO NOT ORDER! I ordered crabs for delivery, my credit card was charged, and no one ever showed. I called and called the number, left voice mails, and have gotten no response. More than 5 days after my order was supposed to be delivered, I still have a charge on my account but no response from this restaurant. I just disputed the charge on my credit card as fraudulent.

Who knew ??♀️....crab delivery service! Excellent customer service, on time delivery, crabs are delicious and sweet, sizes vary (you choose the size and amount of crabs you want to order). R&L offers great value (not over priced), and they have specials for the budget conscious. My family and I will definitely order again from R&L Crabs. They also recently opened a new location in Howard County.Support Black owned and women owned businesses! Keep up the awesome work ladies! Thank you!!
My niece and I stopped here for a 1/2 bushel large males and got 19 crabs and 3 of those were.bad. We called and spoke with a gentleman after getting all the way home but pretty.much was told nothing he can do. The crabs are weighed and thats what was put in the bag. My problem with the company is two dozen would have been cheaper but they didn't even recommend that. She even left a tip .Price Gouging and I try to support black owned businesses. I will not patronize your business again

Ordered a dozen XL female crabs and they were meaty, seasoned well, and delicious! My first time ordering and I was extremely happy to see that they delivered to Laurel, MD. Do not hesitate to order from them, you will not be disappointed. Money well spent. Absolutely the best crabs I’ve ever had. Our new crab spot FoSho!!!
Ordered from here after tasting my younger siblings order and might I say….. AMAZING!!! The seasonings the sauce. I ordered the crab grilled cheese never had it before it was excellent. The crabs were on point. There weren’t soggy. I will definitely be ordering from R&L again. Thank you ladies
Ordered 2 dozen of regular males and I can't even say that I ate a good dozen. Most of the crabs were mushy or borderline mushy. Not sure why because I ordered them at 3:45 and my pick up time was 4:00-4:45 and when I got there at 5:00 the order still wasn't ready. When the guy who was super nice said about 8 minutes I was okay with that because for me that meant it was cooked to order which means fresh for me. So, I just figured they had a lot of orders. But when I got home I was so disappointed! I mean...I drove all the way over there based on the reviews and got a bag of mushy crabs!! Oh well, it happens...
I can only assume the folks giving high ratings are friends and family, because this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had in DC. I ordered delivery. The delivery driver arrived and was told by the restaurant that they didn’t have my order. When the driver showed them the order on her phone, they changed their story and said the payment didn’t go through. When it was pointed out that the delivery service (UberEats) will not submit orders or dispatch their drivers unless order is paid, they disappeared for 10 minutes (leaving the driver waiting outside) before saying they “found” the order and it would be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, driver was given the order. When it arrived, the crab and shrimp were discolored and looked rotten; they also had a foul odor. I have had crab boils often — I know what a crab boil should look/smell like; this wasn’t it. Terrible food, terrible management/service. I’d choose any of the MANY other restaurants in the area serving seafood and crab boils.
I was just here, Could not find the place at first when I get there no one came to the door, than someone came to the window said be right back, waited than someone else came to the window said what you need we said CRABS he said ok, we looking through the window a lady inside though cones to the window, what’s your ticket number I said oh do I need to order on line, this my first time what you have, She said what you want. I said nothing have a great day, but I think she miss that cause she close that window too fast. I came all the way to try the crabs, but the service… ???
