Great customer service Everytime. Lovely to sit and eat
Excellent go-to for a quick, cheap and tasty lunch. I always order a sandwich to go (and it's always ready on time), but it's a nice spacious place to eat in too and has some outdoor tables. Staff are friendly and good at their job.
To the management of this specific branch/store I would like to report one of your very racist employee of yours(big tall dude, African/American) he refused to take my order, when I asked for a help he grunted and walked away so the other employee which is working in the kitchen did my order. When I am about to pay he again ignored me.... this is ridiculous was it because I am white? To tell him I am a native American. This dude needed to be learn some good manners. THANK YOU TO THE LADY WHO HELPED ME.
The sandwiches here is amazing and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance.
Everytime I've come here I've enjoyed it. Milkshakes are good. Service is fast.
The staff is slow on pickup orders. They don’t bother giving you an estimated wait time either. I guess they figure they can take their sweet time since you’ve already paid. I won’t be back.

Potbellies has my favorite sandwich. I order the Mediterranean with zippy hummus, feta, peppers, and veggies of all sorts on toasted multigrain bread. It is just perfect. I also tried the cheddar broccoli soup with extra cheese melted on top. It was rich, satisfying, and delectable. Prices here are quite low considering the great quality. For the best sandwiches this side of the Atlantic, I recommend Potbellies to anyone who likes bread.

I loved this shop! Due to the pandemic, I'm sure, a few items were out. No big deal, the sandwich was still absolutely delicious. Sad I'm from out of town because I'd be a regular here. My compliments to the staff. They were very kind and made good food
