People was rude and act like they don't understand what you are requesting and not getting your order correct. Or they no longer sell the item you want.
I got a large red bean and rice from here yesterday and it was a long dark straight hair in it ?? please beware of this location. The woman in the drive thru was nice but I was disgusted and immediately threw it in the garbage when I got home. Please check your food before you leave!
The food is ok, but it's surrounded by panhandlers that seriously thinks people will pay $10 just to get them something to eat. Even with police sitting out front
Blind customer: the entrance is easily located off side street. Once inside the counter is directly ahead of you. While I frequent this establishment, it was my first visit in person. It is my experience, attending cashier would benefit from more training while engaging with blind customers. It was unclear when she was ready to take my order as she had not said anything to acknowledge me. Once my food was provided, it was sat on the counter rather than placed in or near my hand. I will visit this establishment again. I know with each experience staff gets an opportunity to engage with a person with a disability.
We went to the drive-thru cause we were tired from having been walking all over historic downtown D.C. the voice taking our order was friendly and professional. She read our oder back to us before we pulled forward and the said the total was going to be 42 hundred dollars and change. Everybody in the car was laughing when I said, "Did she just say 42 hundred dollars!?! ?" We get to the window and she again said 42 hundred and I was scared cause there isn't 42 hundred on the card LOL, but she was just messing around and we all knew it. The kids were laughing again, and it was so much fun. Our drinks were great, our order was perfect. The staff is friendly, professional, and knows how to make things fun. We'll be back.
I had an Awful experience on Saturday the POPEYES Chicken Sandwich was TRASH and they didn't put my Biscuit in the bag soooo I did the survey on the back of my receipt and I got a call on Monday from the Manager Mr Habib I was sooo surprised and I was told to come to the store on Tuesday to see what he could do. He not Only prepared my Order Himself he made sure by dropping Fresh Chicken Breasts in the fryer and he asked White or Dark meat for my 2 piece and a Biscuit that I got for doing the Survey with the purchase of a Large Drink and he replaced the Missing Biscuit that I paid for but didn't receive, when my Son and I got home we were Very Pleased they got it Right.. Phenomenal Customer Service Habib my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was EVERYTHING.!!!
Did they get a new manager or something? This was the first time in a long time that I visited and the food was actually good... three stars are only because I don't know if that was a one time thing or they've actually improved.
The lady who took my order was very nice. The lady who gave me my order was rude when I asked for a cup of water. Thank you anyway. I'm giving 5 stars although she was rude my food was hot and packed nicely. Maybe she needs a vacation.
I freaking love how crispy and juicy their chicken is. Omg. Now only if they start putting honey butter glaze on their biscuits ...... I'm just saying..... Lol
Beware the national sweet heat shortage. I’ve never been here where they had sauce. It’s always the places in the black neighborhoods.
