Giving this Popeyes a 1 star for the reason that they closed before the time they have online. They should update their hours because people like my family and I counted on buying something for late dinner. we drove 25 minutes to get to Popeyes and it was 10:20 pm when we arrived. And we found Popeyes closed. We feel sad and disappointed. I hope that they can fix their schedule so that people don't arrive and find a surprise like us.
Horrible. I went to this Popeyes today(4/12/22) and was really disappointed. I LOVE Popeyes but this location was DIRTY! Why is a restaurant DIRTY period, let alone during a pandemic. No one was spraying and wiping down table & chairs, checking trash, moping water up off the floor. I ordered Blackened Chicken Strips(that were note fully cooked), Red Rice & Beans(very watery) but the biscuit and Strawberry soda was good. The woman behind the counter gave me two Barbecue sauces, I didn't ask for that, I wanted Blackened Sauce but she never asked. I will stay with the Popeyes on 14th St NW.
It was amazing that the 3 piece combo is a bit more expensive than the 4 piece combo. Also it took a while to place my order.
Not sure why this Popeyes will only allow 1 sauce. I tried the new fish sandwich and could get only 1 sauce. They are always out of the mustard.
My friend got a 8 piece but only got 7 nuggets had to pay that overpriced meal and my sandwich was really unprofessionally made and COLD and the chicken was too big for the bread there was only two pickles my friend got something green in her chicken and a biscuit with no jelly how unprofessional us and we tried to call multiple times yet they didn’t answer they did the crime they didn’t answer it is so disrespectful and so unprofessional One star
Came here with my mother for lunch and saw a huge rat running around in the kitchen. I will never come back here again it was so disgusting!!!
NOTE: Its easy to get frustrated here. Its not the staffs fault that this Popeyes has issues. Normally there are only two people working the front. Perhaps management could organize it better but, clearly they need more people. The wait time can be up to 30 to 40 minutes in the restaurant, caused often by the amount of customers and the type of customers. Often people come in and really dont know how to order. Its a weird thing to watch.
They allow homeless people to eat in and hang around the restaurant but doesn’t allow a fully vaccinated and clearly pregnant women sit down and eat.
Couldn’t even get in doors were locked but they were still making food it’s 9 pm they don’t lose till 11 pn
You're serving customers but have no bathroom?
