Great place to eat at. The service was great and people was nice and friendly
Nice restaurant right on M Street. When we walked in, the host barely acknowledged us and lead us to our table with nothing more than a grunt which was kind of weird.Pizza was expensive but pretty good. The buffalo wings were small and just okay but the homemade blue cheese dressing was very good. The new “no tipping” policy is interesting. They add a 20% fee on every dine in bill now.Coming from Boston, I’ve had better pizza but it was a decent spot that was somewhat affordable for Georgetown.
The service was fine. We only grabbed beer here, not pizza so maybe that part is excellent and would change my mind. The beer though was highly overpriced for the amount they give (I’ve been to hundreds of breweries and bars so I know) and they have a confusing system of automatic service fees that I recommend management get rid of
Visited DC on holiday a few weeks ago with my partner and we ate at Pizzeria Paradiso twice in th space of four days - firstly at the Dupont Circle location and then here in Georgetown. We rarely visit the same restaurant twice during a vacation but the pizza was excellent. Great balance, good ratio of sauce and cheese with a light crust. The service was on point as well.
Ate at this restaurant last night and unfortunately, will not ever be returning. We did not have the opportunity to place an order for at least 20 mins after sitting down. Service was sub-par throughout the entire meal.Worst of all, I awoke in the middle of the night with what I believe to be food poisoning. I discovered chunks of undigested sausage from the pizza I ordered at this location.Would give 0 stars if I could. Also this place adds an automatic 20% "service charge" for their staff, regardless of their performance.
Good pizza and beer! Wanted to have one of the tables on the corner for 4 however we were not given that tableHowever 10 minutes later another couple got it! I think it is important that waiters are consistent...
Let me start by saying the pizza is amazing. However the customer service was short of good. We waited for almost 20 mins for someone to take our order. Keep in mind we had to ask someone twice who was our waiter. Once our order was taken and we got our food. No one never came back over to check on us or offer to refill our drinks. Then on top of that it’s a 20% service fee. So I guess that’s why the customer service was bad because they was going to get a tip anyway.
Really enjoyed everything I got from here. Definitely recommend.
Can you eat just the pizza crust without any ranch from here? Yes, all of it and you want even more!?A Margarita Pizza was ordered from here as it is one of the best tests to determine if a pizzeria uses both quality ingredients as well as proper execution of cooking and presentation. We also got a cheese pizza and opted for the sweeter sauce for our kids.Ingredients: top notch ingredients and 00 Caputo flour. The sauces did seem a little watered down but was still good. A little more cheese would have been preferred on the Margarita Pizza.Execution of cooking: props to the chefs here as they actually have the art form and technique to make a perfectly cooked pizza.Presentation was good and the pictures were a good representation of what you'll get here. It's definitely a solid 9 out of 10 and I'm a tough critic when it comes to pizza but I'm sure they can pull off a solid 10 when it's less busy and a few modifications.
Outstanding pizza with great and attentive service. What else can you ask for?
