Bad experience every time I come to Maryland ave ne location I purchased 2 pizzas asked for extra sauce the pizza was dry in sauce but much greasy in oil and the crust wasn’t fresh had a funny taste ..my friend stomach been hurting since he ate it .. never buy from this location I always have a bad experience…
Absolutely pathetic. I’ve made my last order which was tonight. I placed the order on the app at 6:45. Got a message at 7:20 that pizza was in its way. The delivery tracker just sort of disappeared. I called at 7:55. Held until 8:15. Hung up called back. They assured me a manager would be right with me. This went on for over an hour. I ended up ordering from Dominos. I tried to call a few more times to cancel. The PH order shows up 3 hours AFTER I placed the order and I refused to accept it. This has been a theme for this store. I now give up and will never eat another product from “The Hut.”
Visited Pizza Hut on Sunday May 15, 2022. Maryland Ave. NE, DC., behind the Safeway. I called in my order while on my way. I ordered the Dinner Box. Two pizzas, choice of one pasta, bread sticks and boneless chicken. Very good. Long box and hot. Reasonable price and you can add or make changes for a small fee. Very good idea, the Dinner Box!
My orders are always hot and fresh, also the one time that there was a slight mix up they sent me a fresh hot pizza just as fast. Today even with the snow it said 116-125 minutes or so for deliver but my order was here in under an hour and super hot and fresh with a ice xild soda. I love my pizza hut!
I go here at least a few times a week, it’s really sad, I know they sick of me ? but no complaints! The customer service is always great for me. Order is always accurate, hot and fresh. I even arrived a little later than expected for my pick up one day & they made my order again with no problem.
I ordered two pizzas and they never came. I called back six times and the line disconnected. Pizza Hut did confirm the order was placed. They took my money and then never delivered the pizza. Terrible service. Hope their management reaches out to resolve because this is unacceptable.
Incredibly rude and uncooperative staff. I cancelled my order after waiting an hour and forty five minutes, and they still sent it over at 11 PM at night, another forty five minutes after that, which only caused more problems. I placed my order at 8:30 PM. Staff over the phone was incredibly rude.
I ordered for my grandson, it was a wait and the order got mixed up. It was given to the wrong customer. She was kind enough to speak up and say, I didn't order this. Other than that my grandson enjoyed his pizza.
I selected the option for Contactless/Curbside pickup. I followed the instructions on the email and waited for about 10 minutes. Then I called and spoke to a representative. She advised that she alerted the store. I waited another 5 minutes and no one ever came outside. I finally went inside - the opposite of contactless/curbside pickup.
I ordered my pizza at 5:34 and it was not delivered until after 7:00. While pizza itself was descent, by the time it got here it was barely warm.
