THIS LOCATION IS SO SLOW IT DONT MAKE NO SENSE! THIS AREA IS RIGHT ACROSS FROM A SCHOOL AND NEVER HAVE ENOUGH WORKERS TO SERVE CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY FASHION! WE COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR LUNCH QND BY THE TIME WE LEAVE OUT LUNCH IS OVER BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS SO SHORT STAFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF! WHY IS THERE ONLY 2 PEOPLE ON THE LINE! IF YOURE HIRING THEN ANNOUNCE THAT BUT WE COME HERE TO EAT AND I NEVER END UP BEING ABLE TO EAT MY FOOD ?
I ordered a build your own pizza and mozzarella knots. After it said my pizza was ready I waited another 30 minutes because it was still not ready. They offered to give me three extra pizzas because of my troubles as I was still waiting for the garlic knots. I ordered shrimp and there was no shrimp on the pizza which I paid extra for. When I finally got everything they only gave me one extra pizza and although that was nice and I don't want to be complaining-- but it was so so bad, The customer service was horrible they were helping people other than me and I was waiting, nobody was working- that it was worth a discount or something. I did not get shrimp they told me they were out &pizza Brookland on Monroe. Coming from someone who owns franchises this franchise owner needs to fire every single one of those employees and start fresh none of them work or know what they're doing.
Mark at &pizza - Brookland handled an order of 41 pizzas for our lacrosse team that was in the area from out-of-state. He was phenomenal! Polite, accommodating, and hard working - he made sure a team of hungry college students all had their choice labeled with their jersey number to grab and go after their game! Could not recommend Mark's &pizza location more highly! Thank you!
I love this staff . Every time I come to this establishment it’s an amazing experience. My food is always to my liking and it never has a problem . Quan and his night staff are excellent and the customer service is always on point . They greet you which always make a customer’s day . I would recommend this store to family and friends !
Elijah always provides phenomenal customer service which is hard to find at fast casual restaurants. You can always expect to be greeted with a smile
I could only give it 3 stars. This place was the go-to at one time, now I don't know what's going on. I have placed two orders in the last two weeks. The order was wrong last week they fixed that one. The order from today was wrong. I placed this order through Uber Eats. The Pizza Plug from there complaint site says I have to get a refund from Uber Eats. Uber Eats did not make the order &pizza did. &Pizza asked for pics sent them LoL Pizza Plug was absolutely amazing with not correcting their mistakes. It's a shame I have to write about there behavior. The Pizza is very good, the staff an management..... Horrible!!!!!!! I hope you notice the lower case for your titles..
This location is a hit or miss honestly. Sometimes i have an issue and other times, I don't. I have been going to &pizza for 4 years and this specific location for a few months now and I know there is a cross contamination procedure for this food chain. I cannot eat pork and usually gloves are changed and there are different cutters for different pizza topping types, which is why I like &pizza. However, during my most recent visit, I asked the employee to change his gloves, informing him that I do not eating pork and he did, but then he proceeded to cut my pizza with the cutter for the pork pizzas. I left to simply not cause a problem in the store, but I am irritated because I cannot eat the pizza that I got. I'm usually not one to nitpick certain things but this is in regards to my health as I have not had pork in over 15 years and this could be an issue. Please retrain your staff.
Their pizza is good but the customer service is horrible. Most of the employees always have a attitude. I'll take my business next door to potbellys.
The behavior of the employees is disturbing. The cashier didn't ring my order up right and I was already on a time crunch. Instead of appologizing she gossips with her coworker speaking as though it were my fault.Customer service is disappointing.
Since when was a vegetarian pizza supposed to have pepperoni on it????? And who asks for chick peas on a pizza?? Cuz it wasn’t us.
