I’ve been coming to &pizza since it opened but this by far my favorite location. When I first entered I noticed the place was clean and the music was amazing. Like who doesn’t like Return of the Mack. The cherry on top is the amazing service we received from Kay and Camille. They both were knowledgeable on the best pizza combinations, toppings , and I could feel the love they put in making our food.
I always go here with my daughter, we get 1 pie each. We never had any issues prior, but the last 3 times we chose to order online and pickup (due to COVID). Each time we ordered online they left off or mixed up our toppings. Reading the comments I see I am not alone and this is a constant problem. Last time I told them about the mix up and they didnt seem to care. It's really left a bad taste in my mouth with this establishment
Tina Marie was amazing!! She made the experience the best pizza I ever had. Everyone came together to make me feel welcome. I love these people!!
Blind Customer: I experienced fantastic customer service! At entry, walk right, down row, make left, and walk straight to reach ordering counter. Sitting is on row you walk down, so be careful. Two professional ladies completed my order. Both provided clear descriptions of all available sauces, toppings, proteins, and more. They were each patient and willing to repeat items as needed. I was provided a bag for easy carrying with napkins. To top it off, I was offered seating both for dining or waiting for bus. I’m grateful for such a wonderful experience. I gather staff have knowledge of supporting people living with blindness. Excellent!
The customer service has gotten better over the years here. It is the perfect spot for all eaters — vegan (pile on the veggies w tomato sauce; vegan cheese; vegan sausage, etc); vegetarians (many varieties of cheese); and meat eaters. They use different pizza cutters for different dietary restricted pizzas.One pizza at $11 lasts 2 meals (unless you’re hangry), and they don’t skimp on ingredients. All ingredients of items are listed on their website, which is extremely helpful for those w dietary restrictions / sensitivities / allergies.I’m quite impressed at the management practices of workers at this location; they exude a high morale, which is also another positive reason for me to continue patronizing (this) &pizza.
I love coming to this &Pizza location. The staff is friendly and they managed to make my meal quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate that everyone working was correctly wearing their masks.
What feels like a post-modern take on the pizza, done in the ever-popular fast casual style of the Chipotle's of the world, I can say that &pizza is a good pizza that can either be a personal or shared with one or two friends depending on your appetite. Now it is not quite the exquisite slice from a nice mom and pop, or any particular style of pizza (NY, Deep Dish, Sicilian, etc), it is definitely worth a visit and a good time for a chain pizzeria. This particular location is a busy one, but usually full of helpful, courteous and generally fun-loving staffer glad to serve you with a smile or joke (and I underscore usually, everyone has a bad day sometimes especially with the heavy loads they have at times and the work shortage from the pandemic)

I haven't been to this location since early covid where I was unimpressed with the taste of my food. On 3/8/22 we picked up 2 pies, BOTH were missing items. But since we do not reside nearby we did not notice the items were missing until then. At this point we're not returning but chose to place a complaint about the order. I went from placing a complaint to not liking the lack of empathy I was getting for their incompetence, and yes I ordered shrimp which was extra that I did not get. You would think this would be a simple fix but without a picture of the pie I was told that I would not be compensated.So please if you did not get what you ordered before doing anything else TAKE A PIC of your food so that they can verify your order. Obviously customer service is not important to them because this could have been resolved 2 days ago. Now I have lost the desire of patronizing their business altogether.
